Our sweet serene older cottage home is located in a quiet old Florida neighborhood and is across from a small neighborhood park with a small lake. It is walking distance to many shops and places to eat. There is only one road you need to take to the beach! Our property has wood floors, a fireplace, fenced in yard, screened in patio, loft and deck that overlooks a neighborhood park. If you are looking for some rest and relaxation along with great bird watching this is it! Best of all if you have a furry family member they can be with you too! I am a special needs teacher in Sarasota so if you need anything or help deciding where to go, I can help! You will absolutely enjoy Sarasota and the weather is spectacular!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
