Arlington Park Area! Freshly renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home just 15 minutes away from the Siesta beach and 5 minutes away from Sarasota Downtown area! Located at quiet friendly neighborhood, perfect for your vacation. This house has a heated pool and fenced spacious backyard for no-beach days. Open living room, three big bedrooms renovated modern kitchen are perfect for a vacation of 6!
***During colder weather we set our pools to 85 degrees from 8am to 8pm. It will take a few hours for the pool to heat up. We can't make it any hotter because the heater simply can't reach it due to the outside being so cold.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
