Upon arrival, I did not feel particularly welcomed and was made to feel more like an outsider than a guest. The staff member assisting with check in was off putting, and her demeanor made the process uncomfortable. I had to ask clarifying questions to understand the information being given, and her reaction came across as dismissive and rude. The following day, we were asked if we needed anything to accommodate our stay. We requested additional towels and an extra pillow. The towels were provided, but the pillow never arrived. Check out was seamless and efficient, which was appreciated. The room itself was somewhat clean, though there were noticeable issues. The shower was not well maintained, and there was visible splatter on the bathroom wall. Overall, this hotel did serve its basic purpose, but the experience did not meet expectations. While the price reflects the level of accommodation, we would likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

The room was spacious and clean! Had a great view of the pool and a balcony! The property looks older but the rooms are remodeled nicely! Will for sure stay again. The staff was incredible helpful and friendly!

Our room was indeed spotless, except for the bathroom. The shower head was leaking when we got there, and I'm guessing the house keepers decided the way to quiet the drip was to throw a towel on the shower floor. It wasn't. It was still loud, and now we have to take care of a wet towel that's been in the floor for who-knows how long. Even though house keeping came back and gave us clean towels and took the used ones, they left that disgusting wet one in the shower, and we had to step around it. Also, we were in 308 and getting our car out of the lot, especially with many others, was a hassle. It seems to me they're would be an outlet at that end of the parking area.

It’s listed as a resort hotel but truthfully it is a normal motel/hotel. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the facilities but resort gives the idea of a lush all-inclusive vacation spot. The rooms are simple, well kept and nice enough but not a true resort-style room. The staff were friendly and helpful. So it was a nice hotel to stay at in Sarasota but not a resort.

The shower was hot but had terrible pressure. Also, it was a walk in shower with nowhere to put our shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. - no ledge or anything. A $5 shower caddy would have made all the difference. We were forced to put everything on the floor. Receptionist was friendly.

The second floor room we had had a nice view and balcony. The ceiling was extra high. The room had a couch. No bathtub but a nice shower. there was a nice bar on the property. We would stay there again.
