The house was clean, beautiful and a great layout for our family. Loved the back yard area with the hot tub and pool (and how warm the pool was)… the home was so convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. And the LKV team was awesome. This home is absolutely beautiful, well equip with essentials including two washer/dryers, garage fridge and freezer, ice maker (huge bonus!) and two ovens! Plenty of space and every room has a private bath, which we love! Great outdoor space too! Very close to the beach and Armand’s circle. Fabulous choice!

Wonderful Place

House was just as described. Plenty of room for four couples and two kids. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Location can’t be beat! A couple of minutes to the beach and about five minutes to St Armand’s. Bring what you might need and be prepared to buy spices, etc for the house. House supplies 7 beach chairs and a wagon. Bikes are awesome! Definitely would stay here again without any hesitation.

Amazing and Unforgettable Week!

What a wonderful property! We had 14 people - 6 adults and 8 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having an extra fridge, deep freezer, beverage fridges, and ice maker was extremely helpful. Double washers and dryers were also very helpful. There were 7 beach chairs - some that have seen better days - as well as a cooler and beach wagon. The beach was so close - such an easy walk - and the rentable beach equipment, live music, food, bar, and ice cream set up was ideal. The alarm system for the pool is a bit obnoxious especially because the button is so high up. We would definitely stay again!(Definitely need more silverware and drinkware. We did not have oven mitts but the property manager was fast to respond and sent some the next day. Also, one family complained that their sheets were sandy and another had mildew in the shower.)

We checked in on Saturday 9-31-24 and found several problems. I left a message but nobody Called back. 1) Hot water Faucet upstairs bedroom broken 2)kitchen fridge doesn’t make ice and the freezer want keep things frozen 3)Fridge shelf on door is broken 4)Breaker kept trip for the master bedroom upstairs 5)we had nine live roaches in the kitchen And laundry room 6)Hallway panel doors cracked covers electrical panel

Great space and location

My family of 9 people stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room and the pool/hot tub area is very nice. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Armand Circle and the beach was a very quick walk from the house. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect get together

From Denver, Indianapolis and Maumee, Ohio Our group of 8 adults and 4 children (ages 8-15) Thoroughly enjoyed our week at All Decked Out! The pool, spa plus shaded area on the lower level was a definite plus. Bedroom sizes with king size beds, walk in showers, ample closet space. Large pool towels, bike, wagon and chairs provided. If there was a downfall; lack of kitchen linens (towels and pot holders) Easy access to Lido Key Beach and St. Armand’s circle. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The proximity to the beach and st. Armand’s was great. We have rented many houses through VRBO and all say there are no supplies but never once has this been true. We have always had pool supplies and some basic kitchen stuff left by previous renters. This house had absolutely nothing. Be prepared that when they tell you that this one means it. Some basic kitchen items were missing. No keurig and no pot holders.

Family Time

Didn’t want to leave!

My family and I did not want to leave this vacation home. It met every expectation and beyond! Every room had its own bathroom and they were immaculate on arrival. My elderly grandmother really benefited from the elevator. The location is absolutely perfect. Great being able to walk back and forth to the beach. Enjoyed our morning and evening walks to St. Armand Circle. Not one complaint! Hope to come back soon

2024 New Year Trip

had friends and family stay with us and enjoy a little Florida weather and the Lido Island shopping, bars, etc...House was perfect. The pool and hot tub were warm and well taken care of. Thank you!

Great Vacation

One word describes it,FABULOUS!!

This house definitely exceeded our expectations. Three families all joined together for a reunion. Not once did we feel that we were invading each other’s space. The communication with the property team was very fast and friendly. I will definitely be renting from them again.

This amenity housed 2 babies, 2 children, 2 young adults and 6 adults easily. Having the pool and jacuzzi at the house was amazing. Elevator was helpful for moving luggage, groceries, etc. It was awesome. Just a little cumbersome to get to the beach, but the wagon and beach chairs provided were a big plus! Thank you! Larry F

3 Generation Family Vacation

The house was amazing. Enough space for the 10 of us to spread out. Property was very clean, linens were great. Beds super comfy. Would definitely stay again. Elevator a plus since we brought the grandparents with us. Just a note there are a few homes under construction on this street so can be noisy at times but did not ruin our experience.

Perfect house for large groups

This was a beautiful property. Located a 3-5 minute walk to beach and 10 min walk to st Armand’s circle. We had 11 adults and plenty of room. Beautiful outdoor area with pool and hot tub. We will be back!

The almost perfect vacation

This property is gorgeous and it is even better than the listing. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The property manager was so friendly and personable. There was not one bad thing about the property itself . The only issue we had was with the surrounding neighbors. One day they called the police for noise complaints 5 times we had an officer at the house, started in the early afternoon with complaints of us laughing too loud. We were an older group with my grandmother and know there is no way we were making excessive noise. It became clear to us that the neighbors are against the VRBO properties going up in the area. So even though almost everything about this property is perfect, this issue really put a damper on our fun.

Fantastic home. Be aware of the neighborhood

Fantastic home. Be aware of the neighborhood. I rated this property at five because the property is incredible, and the check in process was seamless. If you are reading this review between now and three or four months from now, be very careful to understand when construction in the neighborhood is over. The cruise started showing up at 7:30 in the morning with loud music singing yelling at each other trucks pulling in and out. At 8 o’clock they started hammering away. It appears the construction will be over in the next three or four months and if that point, enjoy your vacation. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, Lots of amenities, in the back pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The management staff was responsive to any request we had. We were very close to the beach And when there was no construction it was very quiet. I highly recommend this property

Perfect place

What a wonderful place in terms of layout of house, well equipped, works for family time and also private time. Location is just perfect for shopping and walking to the beach, there is nothing more we wished for this trip. Definitely want to come back again!!

Short walk to the beach; well-equipped home & private pool/backyard

This house served our group (ages 16 - 80) very well! There was ample room to relax in this size of a home. It sits among some new construction, as well as some smaller homes, but we were not bothered by the workers at all. The home is well-appointed; comfortable beds/bedding/couches; and the backyard is made to feel secluded with the numerous types of palm trees and other flora to make it feel tropical. There is a small "sunning" area by the pool that only fits two lounge chairs. Although there isn't a bathroom on the lower level, this wasn't a huge issue for our group. If we had young kids with us, it might have been. Management team was VERY RESPONSIVE to my calls/emails. A few things needed to be fixed and they sent the maintenance person over the same day. We recognize it's difficult for them to know that light bulbs might be out or small things need to be repaired and they were very appreciative to be able to handle these items mid-week. A switch to a Keurig coffee system may serve guests better than a regular drip coffee maker. All in all, we enjoyed the home and it's proximity to the beach. Having the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels were a HUGE plus too!
