Very clean, just the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the air conditioner had a clickety sound, so we had to turn it off and it made the room rather stuffy.

Convenient location. The hotel could use some paint.

Nice indoor pool. Front desk was nice and helpful. The property seemed under staffed. Asked for more toilet paper but after 3 hours I just found a cart and took some off of theirs. Toilet paper never came.

While the rooms have been painted and newer wallpaper, they did not replace the 1980's southwestern style headboard, side tables, dresser, desk and mirror. They simply added granite slabs to every surface. The room carpet was dirty and the bed was not up to Courtyard standards. I would not stay there again.

We like the outdoor courtyards, and the various flavored Waters available in the lobby every morning. The staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful. The pool and hot tubs were nice, but were in need of a cleaning. This is not saying that they were dirty, per se, but the hot tub was very foamy, and the pool was not very clear. Otherwise, our room was very nice, and in good shape, as well as very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled like mildew. The beds were too hard. The fan was too loud. The door latch was broken.There was no breakfast.

checking in and checking out was time consuming-----35 minutes for check in and I am still not checked out. we left at 8:15 and it was 10:30 when I arrived home. Still no receipt from the hotel!!! Guess I have a job ahead of me-----getting confirmation that I checked out seems an impossible task. Pretty discouraging.

Front desk was great. The restaurant didn't have people working for that.

The place is really good, people from hotel very warm and environment awsome.

Adequate room. Restaurant closes at 10pm (My delayed flight caused me to arrive at 11pm hungry and looking for a cocktail). HVAC system in my room was disturbingly loud. Landscaping was lovely. Delicious avocado toast!!! Although there was no USB port in the room, front desk lent a cube. Friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean, staff was nice and place is perfect for traveling. Better food options than some of other hotels in town. Nice gym/pool and facilities.

Overall nice hotel, but there was two incident they can be improve. 1. We booked them through Orbitz, and orbitz will show what is inculded for the deals, so when it show inculded breakfast for me, I will always check with staff to make sure we got that service. so when we check in, one of staff she didn't event check and she just said we don't have inculded breakfast, at that time I felt weird, because orbitz showed we are inculded breakfast? This time one of staff she overheard our conversation, she call me in front and check it for me, this time she said my breakfast is inculded. That's more professional. They need to train their staff better work ethic. 2. They didn't change to new lotion and shampoo bottles, the lotion bottle is empty has been used, shampoo was less than half full, they maybe too busy to check that? I'm not sure how that happened? Again over all is good hotel. We all like the breakfast options and the lady there is nice.

This hotel is significantly overpriced for the dated condition of the hotel and rooms. I wouldn't pay more than $50-60 a night to stay here again. Staff was hit or miss, some were great and others didn't seem to have the time. Location is on a main thoroughfare but not that nice a part of town. Stayed two nights, my room was never cleaned. Police were called to deal with a lunatic/drunk who busted into the lobby demanding $40 while I was checking in. TV is dated and the hotel's cable isn't user friendly, is very slow and doesn't compare well to other hotels. I travel a lot, all over the country. I can't believe other people have given this place an average of 4 stars. Especially for the Marriott name, this joint is very below average.

Hotel has nice amenities--pool, hot tub, fitness. We liked the friendliness and accommodating staff.

Family with small children

We like the outdoor courtyards, and the various flavored Waters available in the lobby every morning. The staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful.
