10/10. Very clean and right off the Riverwalk. Only complaint is we requested extra pillows, but were told there were none - honestly thought it was a joke, but the guy was serious. Still a great stay overall
Not a bad location, but for the cost, find somewhere else. No breakfast included, on site restaurant is very expensive. No parking available without paying the Hotel an additional fee, on top of the already higher price you pay to stay here. Communication is awful, let them know we were bringing a dog, no response until the second night of our stay to let us know of their outrages pet policy fees... There are definitely cheaper and better places to find, and will definitely never be back to this location...
Moderately priced with an excellent location for walking to both ends of the Riverwalk. Easy access to Pearl district and SAMA. Breakfast is just OK, but at least they have some fruit, yogurt, cereal, packaged pastries and the like.

Everything was good!!!! Parking needs some work and need to evaluate the cost of parking because of the parking spaces were mostly full.

Overall perfect for a one night stay.
Nice hotel but housekeeping never came and we were there 4 nights.
Horrible. The rooms do not look like in the pictures. The rooms are OLD. and smell like mildew. Walls are paper thin. Worst hotel I’ve been to. False advertising with the photos.
Beautiful property! The room and location were great. Service was helpful and friendly. We'll totally stay here again.
Cleanliness and location on the Riverwalk in San Antonio
Very clean and quiet in a great location on the river. Staff were professional and polite and clearly communicated everything they are doing to protect customers during COVID 19. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommend
I loved the location of the property. I would have liked a balcony on the upper level.
The balcony room was beautiful. However the walls are paper thin. All night I heard dogs barking, people running up and down the halls, and at 230am I was awakened by music blasting in the room next door. I call the front desk and they did handle it quickly. I just wish there was better sound proofing.
