The hotel is nice - beds are firm! No bathtub in room and for 2 people we got 2 towels and one wash cloth. Just not enough for showering and hand washing for overnight. And only one tiny bottle of water?? I expected 2

The hotel is wonderful for conferences. It was the first hotel ever to charge me for parking as a room renting guest. I ordered room service but they were out of everything I'd asked for initially. They offered me free cake, and then charged me for the cake. Very bizarre stay.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The location for those using the hospitals is great. Highly recommend.

Mountain view

Good reception staff. Hotel is being renovated and road outside is under construction.

The bathroom door (more appropriately called a window) allows any passerby in the hall as well as anyone in the room who would care to to see whats going on inside. That is the primary reason I won't give them more than 3.5 stars

Was here for a conference and felt very well cared for. Room was comfortable, and food was great (meals were provided as part of our conference and it was always really good and service was friendly and helpful). There are hiking trails up the hill if you’re so inclined, Housekeeping was a little spotty but nothing significant. Overall, a comfortable place as home away from home for a week.

Super clean and quiet

Clean hotel with mountain views and a nice lobby.

This was a good location never more than 20 minutes away from anything. Friendly staff

Such an interesting layout; quite extraordinary.

We were hoping to have a late supper, but the restaurant was closed. It was open for breakfast, though. Other than that, very pleasant stay.

College campus very close…hotel is timeless in the collegiate sense, with new carpet and excellent ventilation in rooms. The restaurant was tasty, staff friendly, and view from our room was beautiful. We were on the concierge floor…but alas, in this Covid stunned country we forgot that there would be no food/drink on the floor!

Staff is very responsive. Cleaning staff keeps all in very good order.

It was clean and quite. I would have like some coffee cups and packets in the room to make a cup of coffee.

Very nice stay. Clean facilities & friendly staff 👍

Dear Alice,Thank you for taking the valuable time out of your day to provide us with feedback on your stay with us. I am delighted to hear that you appreciated the overall property and the beds. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority, and I sincerely apologize that the quantity of towels and in-room waters failed to meet your expectations. I will pass along your feedback regarding this issue to our Housekeeping department leadership team. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review, and I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.
