We stayed in a Tower King room, it was lovely: fully remodeled, huge and comfortable with a nice seating area, desk and the bed was comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The bathroom was very large with good water pressure, a pull out fridge drawer, safe, plenty of closet space, good toiletries and fluffy towels and bathrobes. The hallways echo some and the doors aren't well soundproofed so the first night we were woken up by a conference attendee laughing and talking on her phone as she went back to her room at 2 am. The second night we figured out how to turn the thermostat fan on for the whole night so we had some white noise and I didn't hear anything from the hallway. The hotel lobby is beautiful and well maintained and the staff is helpful and pleasant. Fresh flowers indoors and well tended gardens outside gives the hotel extra elegance. The indoor/outdoor pool is great for kids. We went in the hot tub and it was fine, if a little dated. The workout center is well furnished with all the machines you would expect and weights and mats. All around a great place to stay, especially if you can get a deal on the tower rooms (we did - thanks Orbitz).

This hotel is older but it has been well cared for and they keep it very clean. The hotel staff are extremely accommodating. Great place to stay downtown Salt Lake City

A fantastic hotel all around. I didn't try the steakhouse but the coffee shop was great for breakfast.

Nothing negative to say Would stay here again when in the area

Stayed one night. Flew in to SLC and stayed at Little Anerica hotel before heading to Park City to ski. Convenient, clean, good location for restaurants and reasonably priced.

Great, quiet & friendly staff. Middle of downtown Salt Lake City.

Little America provides good basic accommodations for business or personal travel. I stayed 3 days for a business conference. The room was clean and neat, and generally in good condition. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room but a single-serving coffee machine is provided along with an in-room safe. WiFi is unsecured, but it was strong throughout the property with enough bandwidth for video streaming. The bathroom was on the small side. The shower door didn't seal enough to prevent water from getting on the floor. The bathtub drain was slow. After a 10-minute shower there was about an inch of water in the tub. The property has most of its rooms distributed throughout several buildings. My door needed a good shove to close the latch. The hotel restaurant has good food and reasonable prices. Room service is expensive. There is a comfortable lounge with coffee and baked goods available for sale, and the main lobby features a huge fireplace. Staff were friendly and helpful.

very spacious, clean comfortable room! loved the restaurants and Breakfast Buffet.

While the room was sufficient, the TV programming available isn't up to date. There is no streaming option for Netflix or the like. The bed is hard and the walls are fairly easy to hear through.

The room was very clean. That is the most important thing to me. I thought the room's furnishings were nice. The bed, however, wasn't very comfortable. I was disappointed in the mattress. I slept ok that night, but felt like I was at a budget hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we keep coming back! This time we brought our kids and stayed over for brunch with Santa. We love the large rooms!

I've stayed in both the tower and garden rooms - stay in the tower! They are beautiful and spacious... and so comfortable. Everything about the tower room I enjoyed. Worth the cost.

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located in SLC. Free parking. Free WiFi.

The Coffee Shop has really great food at reasonable prices. The heater in the room kept me awake.

Allways a clean comfortable room. Court yard rooms are convienet to park in front of room

Very good location for walking to downtown attractions (Morman Temple & tabernacle and associated buildings) Good "bar food" at their lounge.

I just thought this was going to be a basic overnight stay before departing back to Connecticut. But this hotel was nothing like that. The staff was extremely helpful upon check in and I was amazed at the charm and beauty of the hotel itself. One we arrived in our room, all I could say was WOW!!! Clean, spacious, and exceptional attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and also look into their other properties to visit. THANK YOU

1- Waited 15-20 minutes to check in at front desk, while clerk argued with another customer regarding charges, there were 3 others waiting as well, should have been more than 1 front desk clerk at a hotel of this size. Found the front desk clerk to be rather abrupt and less than friendly 2- Amenities should have included free newspaper, when asked about it clerk had no clue so she asked another employee who said they do not provide that, yet it is printed in their information . 3- Bathroom outdated, sink faucets difficult to use, bathtub needed grouting, refrigerator was placed in bathroom rather than the main room. 4- Lighting in room very odd, color of bulbs did not brighten the room, but left it looking looking shadowy. 5- Not enough "maids" for cleaning rooms, Left our room early in the day returning in late afternoon and the room had still not been cleaned.

The staff was very accommodating, the hotel beautifully appointed and clean. The location is central to most everything you would want.

We were excited to upgrade to a tower room from a garden room for a minimal cost. The room was clean and inviting. However, the faucet had a continuous drip/flow after showering that would not turn off. The bed was comfortable and I slept better there than I do at home!
