The property was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and happy to help!

Centrally located close to downtown. Staff was rude and inattentive, facilities are run down and have not been updated in probably 40 years. Construction going on 2 block away throughout the entire night, jack hammers at 3 AM!

Gorgeous buildings and plantings! Staff all very friendly.

It's a very classy but not over the top place. We always enjoy visiting while celebrating special occasions. And I am just crazy about the coffee.

Very noisy heating that couldn’t be controlled. So noisy that one couldn’t sleep.

The furniture was stained with pillows placed strategically to cover the stains. The screen door for the sliding glass door to the balcony was literally on the floor when I first entered the room. For the cost to stay there, I expected far better conditions. I would not stay there again.

The location is what you get at Little America. The desk, lounge, and common spaces are opulent. The room is Motel Six quality. Our shower didn't drain properly. The in-room coffee set-up had one cup and 3 packets of decaf. There was no microwave and no refrigerator. The heat system had a fan that stayed on full time unless turned to off, then no heat or cooling.

Unusual old fashioned hotel with "clubby" feel to Amenity spaces.

I liked the gated community, the size and comfort of the room, and the accessibility of eateries in the common area. Thanks!

The property is it bit older, but kept up nicely. Our room was nicely appointed. It was nice to have the indoor/outdoor pool and the café.

This is an excellent property and is incredibly opulent and yet remains affordable. I would definitely recommend that if you stay here you ask to be placed in the tower as there are great views of the city.

The parking fee and the ability and ease of property to get around

Rooms are large, I think they overcharged me for room service

Property and staff were excellent but what was most appreciated was the cleanliness of the room

This is a very nice property, very convenient to downtown and a short walk from the Salt Palace Convention Center (where I was going each day). Two things that I did not like: 1) since our stay last fall they have made what was free parking into paid parking at $15/night, so visitors be sure to factor that into the total cost and 2) I was staying in a courtyard room near 600 West and there was quite a bit of noise from cars going by most all night.

Comfortable. Loved the pool and spa.convenient to train. No fridge or microwave in room but otherwise good. Noisy cars nearby.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your review. Please accept my apologies for the challenges you experienced during your stay. It is certainly unacceptable that you weren’t provided with friendly service. We hold our employees to a high standard of helpful service, and I am sorry we missed that mark for you. I regret that we did not exceed the expectations you had for your room as well. We have many different room types that might better fit your needs if you find yourself in SLC again. Thank you for letting us know that the jackhammers from construction down the street were a disturbance to you. I am sorry it kept you awake, and we will discuss this as a leadership team. We are grateful for the chance to serve you and we hope to welcome you back again for another more positive stay. Sincerely, Mark Mundel General Manager
