While the room was sufficient, the TV programming available isn't up to date. There is no streaming option for Netflix or the like. The bed is hard and the walls are fairly easy to hear through.

The room was very clean. That is the most important thing to me. I thought the room's furnishings were nice. The bed, however, wasn't very comfortable. I was disappointed in the mattress. I slept ok that night, but felt like I was at a budget hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we keep coming back! This time we brought our kids and stayed over for brunch with Santa. We love the large rooms!

I've stayed in both the tower and garden rooms - stay in the tower! They are beautiful and spacious... and so comfortable. Everything about the tower room I enjoyed. Worth the cost.

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located in SLC. Free parking. Free WiFi.

The Coffee Shop has really great food at reasonable prices. The heater in the room kept me awake.

Allways a clean comfortable room. Court yard rooms are convienet to park in front of room

Very good location for walking to downtown attractions (Morman Temple & tabernacle and associated buildings) Good "bar food" at their lounge.

I just thought this was going to be a basic overnight stay before departing back to Connecticut. But this hotel was nothing like that. The staff was extremely helpful upon check in and I was amazed at the charm and beauty of the hotel itself. One we arrived in our room, all I could say was WOW!!! Clean, spacious, and exceptional attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and also look into their other properties to visit. THANK YOU

1- Waited 15-20 minutes to check in at front desk, while clerk argued with another customer regarding charges, there were 3 others waiting as well, should have been more than 1 front desk clerk at a hotel of this size. Found the front desk clerk to be rather abrupt and less than friendly 2- Amenities should have included free newspaper, when asked about it clerk had no clue so she asked another employee who said they do not provide that, yet it is printed in their information . 3- Bathroom outdated, sink faucets difficult to use, bathtub needed grouting, refrigerator was placed in bathroom rather than the main room. 4- Lighting in room very odd, color of bulbs did not brighten the room, but left it looking looking shadowy. 5- Not enough "maids" for cleaning rooms, Left our room early in the day returning in late afternoon and the room had still not been cleaned.

The staff was very accommodating, the hotel beautifully appointed and clean. The location is central to most everything you would want.

We were excited to upgrade to a tower room from a garden room for a minimal cost. The room was clean and inviting. However, the faucet had a continuous drip/flow after showering that would not turn off. The bed was comfortable and I slept better there than I do at home!

Large comfortable room. Most staff are very friendly. Food in bar is on & off with quality but overall good.

The hotel is close to the light rail. The rail is free if you are heading towards the convention center. The room is nice. If you get a room in the courtyard it's a little inconvenient. Friendly staff.

Front desk needs to be more human and needs smile!

We almost always stay here when we are in Salt Lake. We like the garden rooms as they feel more private and we like the parking.. staff is warm, welcoming and attentive. Our rooms are spacious, attractively decorated, and always immaculate.

Very nice hotel winthin walking distance to many downtown attractions. Tower rooms are very large with nice touches. Bar staff is excellent.

The hotel was amazing and beautiful! The staff was so kind and friendly and truly cared about their customers!

We enjoyed out stay last weekend. The rooms are so beautiful, comfortable and clean. We ate at the restaurant and loved the food. The employees are so nice and genuine. We defiantly would stay there again.

Had a great stay at little America. The staff, the location and the weather were all perfect. I definitely would stay here again with my family.
