It smelled terrible from the Lobby to my room, was filthy, unkept, with trash everywhere, spilled blood and drinks throughout, disgusting carpets. They took 45 minutes to retrieve me at the airport and picked me up late to return me there the next morning. The plastic flatware at breakfast was covered with hot sauce and the trash cans in the dining area were overflowing with trash.

First of all the guy at the front desk was on a personal phone call the whole time he was helping me. He gave me a key and didn't really go over a lot about the hotel. I got to my room and walked in on another person. They were still in the room. Went down to let them know our room was occupied, he didn't even apologize or look me in the eye just traded my key without any explanation. The smell was awful and mildewy. The ceiling panels were half pulled off due to water damage. There was a bowl catching water in the hall. Workers were just hanging out in the hall being loud while cleaning rooms. There was mold on pictures with water damage. The towels in my room were stained with a yellow stains. Someone from corporate should see what is going on there, because it felt more like an extended stay with people living there instead of a per night location.

I had very terrible experience staying at this place just for a night to catch a flight next day. AC wasn't working in 95 degree temperature outside, room/carpet not cleaned, smells smoke at many inside property area; I would never recommend for a family stay.

This is the filthyist hotel I have ever seen. We hall carpets were filthy and smelled like mildew. We found a crack pipe in our room and left the hotel.

Demanded $25 pet fee not mentioned on web page. No coffee in room.

Cleanliness. Dirty towels. Moldy shower ceilings. Carpet throughout terrible condition

Property is in need of some maintenance and upkeep

Now I stay there for one night during the health pandemic of 2020.. so I cut them a little slack ... I was told to call for the complementary shuttle once I got to the airport. Waiter for 30 minutes the airplane Shadow never came so I called back they said wait another 15 minutes and he'll be there.. so in total I waited 45 minutes and the hotel shuttle never came .. so I end up taking a $25 taxi to go to the hotel that was 12 miles away... The staff was nice but you can immediately know that it's a older Hotel and not well maintained... There is no elevators and so I had to carry my luggage up stairs. The room was okay and was clean enough for me to stay in for one night.. but overall it was okay for the price... Bottom line you get what you pay for...

Noisy pipes every time someone turns the water on; otherwise, adequate low budget stay.
