We googled the address and it took us to an empty building. I looked the address up on the internet and it took us around the corner. Still don't see a hotel, but glad I don't because area is not a good area and we are in an area saturated with people sleeping on the sidewalks.and a park full of tents and shopping carts I call the hotel and lady states they are by the park. I ask if I can cancel and they said no because we are within the 24 hrs. We enter hotel and it is undergoing renovations but it is beautiful. I ask where I can park my car and they tell me I can have secure parking for $10. Room is awesome with a ton of Space. Too bad it's not in a better location.

We got a 2 bedrooms, 2 baths suite with a full kitchen. Loved it. When our family travel, we try to get this room arrangement as often as we could. Full breakfast was included with our room. Great value because the breakfast buffet was excellent. Good selection from oatmeal, fresh fruits to bacon and eggs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the homeless shelter is near by the hotel, no one even bothered us. We'd stay here again when we come back to SLC. Loved the location and the suite.

We loved our room and the parking garage. Nice and quiet. Enjoyed our stay there

I love the place and staffs services.... Parking was under ground garage so very convenient to access without getting wet on heavy rainy days...

Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy access to downtown, will certainly stay here again !

This hotel has a nice interior with friendly staff. The hotel is near downtown. However, it is across the street from a park with countless homeless people, I wood only stay here if you can drive to and from the hotel. I would not feel safe walking to and from downtown. I've lived in NYC and Boston, and haven't seen such a concentration of the less fortunate before.," Ask for a room on the top floor away from elevators. Walls so thin we heard everyones conversation walking in the hall. The people in the room above us stomped back and forth until 2:00 AM. Don't know what the were doing, but we heard every foot step.

Checked in to realize you are right in the middle of homeless haven. At least 150 homeless roaming the street sleeping In front of hotel. Kids and wife didn't feel safe even walking to car they beg for money. For food. It's crazy.

Lovely hotel-only concern was the location seemed a bit sketchy. We had no issues and were able to walk around with no problems but may be an issue at night or young kids.

Love the large rooms and the free breakfast! Everything was great!

I was told I was paying one price and when I went to check out it was more then told. I even sent in a best price guarantee that is 60 dollars less and was told they will send me a check for the difference but have to pay on check out what the hotel says. Also was charged for guest stay 2 separate fees. Just really confused and not told about these hidden charges.

We have been here several times and are always pleased with the facilities and the staff. Keep up the good work

Great s*x and great sleep. and breakfast was kind of lacking

Great stay with family. The room was spacious with nice kitchen and the breakfast was pretty nice.

We traveled to Salt Lake City and stayed for a week at this hotel. It was a great location close to downtown. We saved lots of money with food since the hotel offers breakfast daily, which has a huge variety of selections and dinner Monday through Thursdays. We found this to be a great location for our day trips around the area.

It was very easy to find and and the location was very convenient being next to the freeway. Very clean and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly, room very clean. I was impressed with the hotel and would recommend it to my friends.

Went to Salt Lake for a Utah Jazz game and the hotel is only a few blocks away from the arena. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and they had a great continental breakfast. I would stay here again for sure.

my only complaint is that the hot tub was broken for our entire visit, and that the elevators were awkward to use. But the location, staff, breakfast, and rooms were all amazing. Will definitely be staying there again.

it was so easy i had for reservations checked everyone in with ease it was awesome i love the hotel home wood suites the pool is on the roof right next to shoping and food and clubs had a blast it was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful hotel! The breakfast was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The extras that came with the suite--kitchen and living room area were a big plus. I highly reccommend it!
