We stayed with family (extended) and we had a grouping of three executive suites. All of our rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. There were robes for all adults. I loved the robe so much I purchased one from the gift shop to take home! The staff is extremely well trained in hospitality (something that seems to be a forgotten art these days). We were here during the holiday season and the grounds were absolutely GORGEOUS. Just a lovely stay. The only thing I am sad about is not being able to make a reservation for the afternoon tea during our stay. I do wish hotel guests would receive an option to book as they reserve rooms but other than that, a wonderful stay. Next time we are in SLC, we will be at the Grand America. Five Stars all around.
