Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Room AC didn't work right. Bathroom fan didn't work and the room was not cleaned the second day.

The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have had.

Nice city, nice hotel. Excellent location. Service is awesome. Food in the restaurant is delicious. We will recommend to our friend for their next trip. Overall, we gave A rating.

I love this hotel. Everything about it..Staff. Clean. Comfortable. Have stayed here since then and will stay here again.

Great for the price. ncie location donwtown with great dining options. Dated decor but clean and comfortable with a great staff

The hotel was being remodeled -so that tells you not to expect a lot from the rooms. They were CLEAN -just old and tired. But the staff was very nice. I would stay here again when the renovation is completed.

Hotel is under construction presently. Staff was good. Location is good.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel to crash then this is your place. We wanted to check in before our show, but had to pay for parking, when their web-site clearly stated free parking. They don’t have enough parking spaces to accommodate their guests. We just went to the show and later paid 16.00 to park overnight, only because the guy felt bad for us. The curtains are plastic and don't block out all the sun. When I attempted to fix the annoying morning glare at 7:30 am, by hanging a towel on top, the whole current came undone and fell on the floor, so much for sleeping in. Then housekeeping came in around 8:15 am and stated they showed me checked out, and I was almost back asleep. It took 10 minutes for the elevator to reach the 11th floor; needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel EVER again. The entire hotel is run down and needs serious overhaul. There are no closets either, except a mobile hanging rack, what a joke. I wish I would have paid the extra money and stayed somewhere else. Horrible experience.

During our stay, they were doing construction from 9 am to 5 pm, which made our stay a living hel. Hammering and construction people walking all over the place.

The staff was helpful and its close to everything.

Free breakfast, free wifi, free airport shuttle, good hotel

The hotel seems to be situated in a very desirable part of downtown. It was close to my trip's destination as well as good bars and restaurants. However, all of that is overshadowed by the current state of disrepair of facilities and service. First off, my online check-in seemed to be a problem as check-in took 15+ minutes. The front desk employee didn’t seem to know exactly what to do and also did not seem to be very familiar with the area around the hotel. The facilities were a major concern as well. At my time of stay there were multiple construction projects happening and certain areas seemed to not be totally secured (a possible safety concern?). The whole look of the shared areas and rooms looked to be from the early to mid 90's. This included many old/harsh fabrics and some dirty furniture in the lobby. In the room, the bathroom sink was very difficult to use. You had to pull the faucet knob very hard and then the water came out in a hard jet unless you got it just right. The main bathroom also included a corded phone which I thought was weird. The towels were very worn down and ratty, making me think they haven’t been replaced in a very long time. In the main bedroom the sheets seemed clean and soft. The rest of it seemed outdated, with a small tube TV and ancient alarm clock. There was definitely a lack of outlets which was troublesome due to the amount of electronics I had to charge at the time. I also noticed that there was no informational materials about the area or hotel amenities in the room. Finally, there seemed to be some dirt on the desk which had obviously not been cleaned before my stay. I would like to give this place another chance in the future but at this time I can not recommend it.

Stayed here while visiting Salt Lake City. Great location. Very central. Nice staff. Great with pets

AFTER I booked this hotel I read some negative reviews on line and was scared. But my family and I arrived and our stay was fine. Free breakfast in the morning was pretty good and for the price we were not disappointed. Only thing was, there was a very strong "deodorizer" smell in the room which I did not like.

The hotel had an airport shuttle but when I called from the airport to get it, they said they didn't have a driver and I had to pay for a cab instead. The wireless internet in the rooms is so bad that it is effectively useless. Many of the in-room amenities were strangely outdated. There were three old corded phones in the room. The tv was a big cathode ray type. The faucets didn't work very well and were hard to control. Also the treadmill in the fitness room was broken. Here are some good things: the room was clean, the shower had hot water and good water pressure, the complimentary shampoo and conditioner were in different bottles, check-in and check-out were easy, the hot tub and sauna worked, and the free breakfast was good.

Its close to restaurants and great staff. The room wasn't as comfortable and clean as I would like it but it was still good.

We only stayed for one night but it was just fine. We got a deal on the price i think because they had construction going on but it wasn't bothersome to us.

We needed somewhere affordable and within walking distance to Capitol Theatre. This fit the bill just fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge kept our food & drinks very cold. The hotel was undergoing some construction, but all in all wasn't too bothersome. The parking was limited, first come first serve, with the upper level closed for construction. The pool was open 24 hours which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was delish! Choice of eggs/bacon/etc or two large sides (muffins, cereal, etc).

Good location, within walking distance to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Be aware if you drive the parking space is limited.

great location good free breakfast and free parking too :)
