Very nice accommodations in downtown Utah. The room was larger than expected, very clean, and modern.

Some people not wearing masks on the property, no social distancing on premises or in elevators. When we arrived their tiny parking lot was completely full and we were told to find parking outside, well it’s paid parking ONLY, so we ended up having to pay for some dingy parking garage 2 blocks away and haul our stuff through back alleys. The staff was mediocre at best. Upon arrival to our dorm-looking room, our TV wasn’t working so the maintenance guy had to fix the wire previous guest had ripped out of the tv. The only thing that was great is the breakfast. They give you a sack full of goodies from cereal and milk to croissant breakfast sandwich and a juice box. I would not stay here again.

There was always at least a 5 minute or longer elevator wait. I also had to pay for parking separate from my room charge. They also wouldn't let me check into my room 40 min early. Next time i will stay at the Sheraton down the street like i usually do.

The property was well maintained, staff was exceptionally friendly, and there was a great burger and beer joint connected to the hotel.

Directly across the street from the convention center

Stayed for three nights to attend a conference. The conference center is directly across the street. There are tons of places to see and eat within walking distance. We parked our car at a public lot two blocks away for 7.00/day. Hotel staff were super friendly and the place was spotless. Had a great stay!

The 24 hour pool was nice. Breakfast options were good. Location was great.

I had to wait over an hour after the noted check in time to get into my room.

Great stay, great facility and service. The location to downtown was excellent.

Close to where we needed to be and in walking distance to a lot more while visiting downtown SLC

I loved to stay in this hotel. It was super clean and confortable. Many good restaurants at walking distance. I arrived by train and the friendly staff was very efficient. Breakfast is included and of good quality. I will definitely coming back.

Our family of 4 stayed here because it was close walking distance to temple square and we love the breakfast options at Holiday Inns. The hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed on the 12th floor double queen room overlooking downtown. The room was very clean and everything worked great. I liked the set up. The fridge/microwave area was tucked away by the bathroom, but still very accessible. The beds were very comfy and included a selection of pillows. The A/C unit is on a thermostat which can be set by the occupant. The breakfast is your typical American fare of Scrambled eggs (good), sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, yogurts, cereal, juices, white/chocolate milk, oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit, and coffee/tea. My grandkids loved using the automated pancake maker.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, rooms were very nice, and the location is excellent for downtown access.

Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Room AC didn't work right. Bathroom fan didn't work and the room was not cleaned the second day.

The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have had.

I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations. If we are able to check guests in early we will, sometimes rooms are not ready before 3pm. I hope you will give us another opportunity to show you this was not the norm for our hotel.
