Well priced but would explore other options first

We needed a place to stay for the night and this was fine. Parking was not an issue and it was a pleasant (although hilly) walk to the center of Park City for dinner and coffee the following morning. I think for the price, it was fine for the one night we needed a place to sleep but I think I'd look closely at other options in the area if I were returning. The hotel lobby area was very nice and in good shape but the room could use some investment. It was a rather warm day and we weren't able to get the A/C to cool the room properly so we had some difficulties sleeping. We opened the window but we were by the pool so it was a bit noisy. The ceiling of the room also looked like it was suffering from some sort of damage, with a large crack across the entire ceiling and it was clear that someone had previously used the kitchenette to cook as everything in the room smelled like semi-burnt food.

Parking is nightmare! There isn’t enough for guest. Residents complain and have guest towed. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Pool area is run down and unclean.

I liked where this was located. We rented a two bedroom so we had two cars. We could only park one vehicle on property 😡. We asked if we could even pay a little more to keep the other car there and was told no! There were extra spaces that we could have used but. NO! Then we found out others did get to have more than one car parked there which is so not fair We had two different families there.

The lobby area is fresh, updated, beautiful and clean. Our room was a nice size however the bed and pillows were terrible I’ll be making a chiropractor appointment when I get home. The tile in the bathroom floor was broken and falling apart in the shower. The price was right but you definitely get what you pay for at this hotel.

The whole experience was awful. I booked the condo 5 months in advance for a group to celebrate my birthday. I booked the 3 bedroom loft on expedia thinking I was going to get the condo in the photos. We got there and it was half the size sqft and in the oldest part of the building (2 blocks from the front desk area). The condo looked nothing like the one in the photos. It had dirty carpet, 1 out of the 3 window AC units worked. No elevator, no dumpster for trash, no clear communication. Maintenance guy came to check the ACs, said he would be back and never came back. I was told 2 weeks before our check in date we could pay for another car pass to park our other cars at the condo. Day of they kept saying they didn't know if they could provide one and to call after 9pm. Called and said no passes. The hotel was not packed/fully booked. I asked multiple times to have a manager call me to talk about what is happening and for 3 days now, nothing. I would say you get what you paid for but this place was not cheap. I don't recommend staying at this lodge unless you want to be disappointed.

Frustrating stay.

The room had many broken and worn items. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out, switches didn't work, loose hinges and dusty and dirty areas by the windows. Parking was a nightmare, and the front desk did not off any solutions. The surrounding area heavily enforces the parking, and there is a looming risk that your car will be towed if you're parking without authorization. In fact they gave a list of "possible" overnight parking areas, that were NOT within walking distance, and when we went to explore those options we only found out that none of the locations allowed for overnight parking. I definitely will not be staying at this property ever again. Don't waste your time.
