Stag Lodge is a stylish ode to classic mountain lodging, with sophisticated

décor and rich furnishings that frame sweeping mid-mountain views around every

corner. Each residence is fully equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, private

deck and spacious living accommodations to fit every family’s needs. Your

adventures on the slopes are made easy with ski-in/ski-out access from the

lobby and select units. In between outings, enjoy Stag Lodge’s many additional

amenities including an après-ski scene, communal games, year-round outdoor

heated pool, and guest-only dining at Café 52. With a passionate team ready to

curate every detail, your ideal winter retreat starts here.



Expanding through four spacious floors, Stag Lodge 37 is a ski in/ski out

beautifully updated four bedroom, 4 and half bath home with its own attached

garage perfect for entertaining large groups. Life on the mountain doesn't get

better than this.



The front door opens onto the second level, which features two comfortable

bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, as well as wood fireplaces

and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities. Each of these rooms features

direct access to a view overlooking Park CIty Mountain and downtown Park City.

This level also has the washer/dryer units in the hallway.



The third level opens into the expansive living room and kitchen area. The

kitchen has modern appliances, featuring a Viking Range, as well as Viking

Fridge + Freezer. The comfortable living room centers on a wood fireplace,

with 2 comfortable couches and two lounge chairs. The dining room has a

farmhouse style table with seating for eight along with an additional round

table with seating for another four guests. This level also features the third

bedroom, which contains two twin beds, along with direct deck access and an

ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



The fourth floor features the primary bedroom, as well as the direct ski

access, ski room, and additional loft common area. The primary bedroom

features a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a wood fireplace and

beautiful mountainside views. The ensuite bathroom contains a double vanity

sink, along with a Jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. This bedroom also

features a Sony TV.



What really makes this residence shine is the ski access. Direct from the

fourth floor, the deck opens right onto access to the Success Ski Trail. Ski-

in, Ski-out does not get better than this!
