Beautiful location and property with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Big fitness center with impressive array of cardio equipment, decent variety of strength training machines and adequate free weights. Good selection and number of restaurants on site. Wonderful staff. A few disappointments I didn't expect at a well known 5 star resort however... when we checked into our room with a king bed and sofa bed it was clear we had 2 adults and 2 kids. When opening the sofa bed later that day it was completely bare. I called the front desk and they told me they wait for the call before sending housekeeping up which they did and the bed was promptly made but why do you have to call for this? The sofa bed is always made up at 3 and 4 star hotels . Why do I need to call to have the bed ready at a 5 star resort when they know there are 4 people checking in ? The bed linens were immaculately clean and fresh smelling and, while not exactly uncomfortable, were a little coarse. Felt like the cheaper, lower thread count sheets that you see at 1 and 2 star hotels. One of our favorite things at the Montage was the s'mores. The last time we stayed they had an array of choices for chocolate and marshmallows. This time you were given a prepacked bag of items which were of good quality but lacked the variety we saw in the past. To be fair this was probably because of Covid restrictions rather than the Montage downgrading their s'more service.

Not worth the money. Fire place in the room didn't work. Shower head was broken and they tried to charge us a $30 per night valet parking fee after they left the lights on in my car and killed th ed battery. I had to go to the garage and jump it myself and then drove it out of the garage.
Three of the five days we were there, we returned to the room despite being gone all day and the room wasn’t made up. Staff was hit and miss. Some wonderful, many not particularly helpful. Very disappointing hotel.
Go there every year for Christmas. It is magical. The staff is very friendly and the property is incredible.
Housekeeping was amazing. Beds made, everything was neatly organized, turndown service was something to look forward to nightly. Property was beautiful. Front desk service was outstanding as well. I loved my room. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was cozy. Thank you also to everyone who made this stay wonderful.

The beauty of the hotel and its surroundings was stunning, and the professionalism and relational ability of the staff was impressive. They are all so nice and will go out of their way to pamper you. The room was super comfortable, rather large, had a fireplace, and was overall very beautiful and extremely clean. The workout and spa areas exceeded our expectations, and were very clean and inviting. There was a power outage in the middle of the night in the entire Park City area, which made the room quite warm, thus we did not sleep as well, but if it were not for that, I'm sure we would have had quite a good night sleep. Loved the Spanish guitar player on Sunday afternoon, and adored hanging out with Monty.
Great place, slightly remote location. Would have preferred the central location and hominess of the Stein Eriksen Lodge
My wife and I stayed over Labor Day and enjoyed ourselves very much. The resort service was excellent. Valet parking is required.
Exceptional resort for summer get away. Luxurious rooms, friendly staff always willing to assist. Book excursions with the Concierge. Highly recommend fly fishing, ask for Trevor Howard. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable about fly fishing, including historical tidbits. My 13 year old son and I spent 4 hours fly fishing and cant wait to do this again. My husband and daughter went rafting and couldn't have had a better time.
