Absolutely loved staying at Grand Summit! We are already planning to return!
The onsite restaurant , Red Tail, is the eorst. Service sucks, menu sucks, staff sucks
Excellent
The hotel is beautiful. There is a lot of construction a the entrance so if you arrive at night it’s very difficult to find the entrance. They need better signs. The first room they gave me was down the wing where they had just epoxied, and it smelled very strong of gasoline. I told them I was going to tell management and go to the Westpark instead and they gave me the best upgrade available on the other wing. So the stay was very nice and a beautiful location.
This property is just okay considering the high price. The staff are hit or miss. I met many female front desk members who were cold and unhelpful. I did also meet one who was friendly. The shuttle that is available to take you around the town is not always available, and often won't be able to go where you want because the traffic was "too busy", though nothing was stand still and Uber got us to the same destination in 10 minutes . It is a confusing system without a sign up and the bell staff don't always communicate with each other about which patrons were waiting in what order for a shuttle. The bell staff were friendly, however. The room (we had a suite) and as spacious with everything you would need in a kitchen. The windows didn't have sheers, so you had to either pull the shades and have no natural light and no view, or you have to risk everyone being able to look into your room and see what you are doing. There were many kids when we went and they were very loud at the pool area all evening. The pool and hot tubs also get very crowded. While I believe the floor around the pool is heated, beware that they don't provide footwear to use at the pool, so bring some if you come in winter and plan to use the pool. In room to es are soft and comfy. Resort is convenient for skiing directly from the property. The restaurants are good but pricey, and only one can be accessed without walking outside.
The property is very nice and can access Westgate's property with associated restaurants and activities center.
location big room convenient friendly staff easy access to ski
Very clean and the staff was very helpful and prompt. Love the location as it was close to the village which has nice concerts on Saturday nights in the summer.
Staff was so helpful and everything was clean and comfortable!
It’s lovely and the check in process was smooth. Parking is great and the room is high quality.
Great atmosphere with great views. It was a very comfortable room.
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, would definitely stay again
Close to a lot of family friendly activity's. The local free bus gave us easy access to all of Park City.
The hotel is just average. The entire hotel including the rooms look like it is in need of a facelift. Not terrible but not appealing overall.
