This spacious 1-Bedroom 1-Bath PRESIDENTIAL Suite is 950 sq. ft. and accommodates 4 Guests with a comfortable KING bed and a QUEEN sleeper sofa. It’s furnished with a full kitchen (including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, flatware, and glassware), an in-suite washer/dryer, fireplace, balcony/patio, televisions, ceiling fan, hairdryers, paper products, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and some personal care products.

• The resort is at a high elevation of 7000 ft.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Very limited parking available. Limit one vehicle per suite. The cost is $20 per day.
• In-town transportation may be arranged with Guest Services or on-site concierge.
• To preserve the beauty and cleanliness of the suites, ski equipment MUST be stored at the on-site, Mandatory Ski Valet.
• Ski rentals are available through “Aloha Ski and Sport” (www.parkcityskirentals.com). Owners and guests receive an exclusive 20% discount when they pre-book rentals (discount not available Dec. 24 - Jan. 1).
• Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship DO NOT qualify as service animals and ARE NOT permitted.
