Staff very rude and not accommodating. Air conditioning not working. Pier outage when used dryer in room
There were some hidden fees with this property. We didn’t know until we got there that we had to valet our car for $15 a night. Paying for parking didn’t bother me as much as not having easy access to our car. Just be transparent with your fees and requirements! The cooler sounded like a jet engine every single time it kicked on. We woke up every time all night long. They also put us in an ADA room without telling us. Those rooms are adapted for a wheelchair and should be available for those who need it. While they are beneficial in other ways, our room lacked a sink space in the bathroom, a nightstand, and screen door so we could not enjoy the cool mountain breeze at night. They at least should have let us know when we checked in so we could have possibly requested a different room.
Rhe hot tubs and pool were right outside by my room
Very nice property in good area. A lot of construction going on around the hotel and forced valet parking was a negative.
Hotel is ok. Rooms were nice/clean staff could use some work. Nice but not professional. Facilties ok. Pool/hot tub was very small.
The room was gorgeous, we were sorry we didn't have more time to spend. 2 things to be aware of: 1) valet parking is required with an automatic extra charge of $15/day; 2) check out if 10:00 AM. Who leaves at 10:00 AM???
We stayed here for a ski weekend, and were not disappointed! Hot tub and pool were so warm and fun after a hard day on the slopes. Fancy hot chocolate and coffee machine in the lobby was a big hit (who knew?) Ski valet gets your skis ready and just hands them to you as you walk out the door and across the street to the lift!! Hassle free! Shuttle to downtown. Amazing!
This resort is just perfect for a ski get away! The staff takes great care of you. Ski valet...attentive front desk staff....parking valet... Felt very spoiled! The lift is just across the street and the Canyon Center across the parking lot has resturants and a market/liquor store. The resort has a bus that shuttles to all the other local ski resorts and Park City Main street. Loved the entire stay!!
