Great location. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Clean.

The room was remodeled. Very nice and clean. Very close to everything on Main Street. Will stay again.

I liked that it was clean, and I liked the view from the balcony. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced however. I don’t know the man’s name who was working the front desk all day, but I have never experienced such horrible customer service and communication than I did from him. The five other people staying with me had the same experience with him. We were also upset by the parking situation there.

Great location in town. Hallways need updating as does the room. There is a musty smell throughout the common areas of the hotel, but not in the room. It was nice to have the kitchen and there is plenty of room, though for me, the bed was too soft.

Great Location on Main St! Walking distance to just about anywhere you’d like to go.

Best part is location on Main Street. Beds where comfortable.

Great rooms, bathroom sinks are small sinks with no counter top space to utilize for hair dryers, curling irons, etc.

People in front desk are not very attractive We never get”good morning “ or anything like that. They were busy to talk among each other

It was great, beautiful hotel. It looked alot better than the pictures we saw. Hot tub was gorgeous! We wanted to get a late check-out but couldn't get it. Next time we'll book for longer.

Amazing staff! Very friendly. Towel are rough and very low quality. The rest was great! They are presently updating the rooms and suites.

Stay right on Main Street where it is all happening. This is a great location and the hotel has a great old western theme to it. The rooms were large, clean and beautiful. There is great covered parking that makes it easy to come and go. The Hot tub was a excellent; it was big and has three waterfalls. The only two dings against the Treasure Mountain Inn is 1) The TV was an old TV/DVD "rent from the front desk" style setup that is in need of an upgrade and renting DVDs for $5 each is a bit silly. 2) The mattress on the bed was a bit too stiff and uncomfortable. Swap those two things out and this would earn 5 stars.

We loved staying here. The condos are a great size and it is located right off of Main Street. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and informative. They told us where to eat and what to check out around the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The building is huge! Lots of space! If you are looking for a great place, check Treasure Mountain Inn out!!!

This was a low cost option with a great location for historic Park City and spacious rooms. However there are quite a few shortcomings that make it a qualified "You could stay there if you don't mind": Musty smell in the room - not unexpected from a ski resort, but still...wet shag. Well worn facilities and skimping on amenities - Broken trashcan, sliding doors with broken locks. Why one coffee pod for a room that could sleep 4-6 comfortably? Sometimes rude staff - They oddly checked us out of our room after the first night of our multi-night stay. They didn't try to contact us, they just turned off our keys. When I couldn't get in to the room, the front desk staff members declared I only booked one night. When I responded that it must be a simple error, but I definitely booked a multi-night stay, the response was a defensive "nope you must have only booked one night." Even after I asked them to check again, and they discovered the previous staff member had checked me in incorrectly, one of the staff remained annoyed and accusatory. "You must have checked in late last night." Nope, 4PM. "Well if that room is already booked there is nothing we can do". Fortunately, the other staff member was more polite and could extend the room (to what I reserved) and re-key me, to which the first member added "but you had better bring back all the keys". How dare I want access to my room. It could have been a one-off, but a friend also had issues making their reservation.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We keep coming back thanks to the great location and excellent staff. The value is good. We have stayed in the junior suites and a one bedroom suite. Both are more than suitable for two people but definitely prefer the roomy one bedroom. We stayed on the street side for the first time and there wasn't much noise and it was nice to look out on Main Street. The previous times we have been facing the hot tub.

We came back for the second time based on a very positive first stay. Once again we were not disappointed. The hotel is nice Y located right on Main Street and offers free morning shuttles to the local ski resorts which is a plus.
