Good: room and facility are clean, friendly staff. Bad: No in-house coffee shop and grab & go lunch. Need more fresh and hot breakfast options

The gym was not open convenient hours and unlike most hotels, there was not be staff member that was very rude and enforced the hours. He was there 3 out of 6 days. Any of the other staff members were fine with 24 hour use of the gym. Also in our first night we used the shuttle to the Mountain Ski Lift for dinner and was advised to call when ready for pick up by 2 different staff members. When we did, they said they didn’t pick up from that location and that’s we would need to go to the meeting place on Main St. since it was our first night and we weren’t dropped there, I had no idea where that was. Evidently it was a language barrier and they didn’t understand where I was at. When they finally did after a 10 minute argument where I said I was going to light him up after I walked back, they sent a shuttle driver. However, I received a text later by ‘management’ not to speak to their employees in that manner and they they hoped I would enjoy the rest of my trip. Also, the free breakfast is definitely not something to look forward to. My husband stayed sick after eating it and the last 2 days just ate peanut butter in a granola bar he brought with him. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Lobby is nice but that is about it. The pool and hot tub were filthy. Hot tub lining was all yellow. The rooms were dirty as well. The walls are paper thin had to listen to a couple fighting all night next door for my whole stay. Not conveniently located as well. I would recommend either renting a car or you will have to uber the entire stay.

The Shower head was leaking. Also you had to reach way inside shower to turn on unit. This isn't very comfortable when cold water comes first upon your skin. Recommend updating shower heads & diverters.

Friendly staff Good location Good sized room Nice breakfast Large tv Mountain views

Very Nice property. I would come back

Everything was great …except for the beds the mattress … it’s on a platform we expected a full queen size bed and it felt more like a full size bed … a bit small as well as when you roll over or move the mattress makes a crunchy noise so that was annoying , they were also a bit hard … super uncomfortable beds to say the least … the only other thing was breakfast was terrible they could do way better the eggs are watery and runny yucky!! Everything else was nice very clean and the best gym I’ve seen at a hotel in a very long time.

Nice and fast. Beautiful place.

Great pool and steam room, very nice, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Overall great stay.

Very comfortable and great breakfast

We enjoyed our stay but the breakfast was not good.

Staff was fantastic and friendly. Morning breakfast hit the spot. Amenities were great. Location was very close to Main Street and restaurants. Recommend a stay here..

Love everything about our stay at Park City Peaks Hotel. Big room, very clean, modern furniture, everything is new! We had delicious free breakfast. Also there is a great italian restaurant on site. We also used free parking, and free shuttle to Park City Mountains. This hotel is a gem! Will stay again!

The Orbitz price was very fair for this property that was charging a ridiculous rate if I am honest. One item that I am picking about a little bit is that the shower uses pumps for body wash, shampoo and conditioner and it was empty 2 days in a row even after I asked about it. Bed was comfy, free indoor parking and free buffet served breakfast was very nice touch.

This was the perfect place for our first trip to Utah! Everything we needed was available right at the hotel. Ski rentals, shuttle to and from mountains and main street were available every half hour throughout the day. Staff was overly helpful to guide you in your planning. Heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room and sauna available for relaxing after hitting the slopes. Beautiful fire pits and even an ice skating rink at the property. Can't wait to go back!

Nice staff. Breakfast area Covid safe. Updated rooms.

Location, friendly staff, updated rooms, variety of areas throughout hotel to sit and relax.

pool and hot tub

Very good value. Very good breakfast was included. Saw a moose walking through the parking lot!

Dear Patcharin,Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad you had an enjoyable stay overall and appreciated our fresh, comfortable accommodations. However, we regret that you were disappointed with our dining options. We do try to provide an assortment of options during breakfast and have our in-house restaurant, Versante Hearth Bar, for guests to try. We are grateful for feedback that helps us improve our guest experience, and we hope you will stay with us again the next time you visit Park City.Safe travels, Erika Garay
