Our host was great. He was available as needed. All new high end appliances and amenities. Within walking distance of PC Mountain Village. Shuttle to from PC Canyons for skiing and Main Street is very convenient. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back to this Condo.

Exceeded expectations

Loved everything about this condo. Kitchen was very well stocked, I was able to cook everything I had planned. Beds were comphy and slept our entire family is 7 very comfortably. Location can not be beat! Walk to base of Park City mountain, and a short drive to historic downtown.

3 Kings Condominium Delivers!

This was our second time in this condo. Perfect for two families to stay the week! Well appointed kitchen so we could cook with ease. Great kitchen and living space and comfortable bedrooms. We would love to three-peat!

Brand new and beautiful!

Loved our stay at the Silver Pine Haus! Completely remodeled with brand new appliances, bathrooms, and furnishings—it had everything we needed and more. Family ski trip with our adult children and infant granddaughter so the bedroom configuration was perfect. And the pack and play saved us from hauling extra baby gear. The bunk room is extra special and roomy with monogrammed Pendleton wool blankets and cubbies with lights and plugs. The heated bathroom floors were heavenly with thick, comfy towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped and meticulously labeled and organized. Lots of soft blankets and the fireplace made the living room cozy. Efficient washer and dryer saved the day with a baby and wet ski clothes. Generously supplied with laundry/dish soaps, condiments/spices. Welcome book was clear and detailed with all we needed to know. Checkin was super easy and had quick responses to all our questions. Dream location by the bus stop and hot tub but also within easy walking distance to the mountain either direction. Would highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return!!

Great place for skiing

Stayed here with 7 total people - plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Close walk to PCMR base, but also had a bus stop right in front of the building to take as well which was very convenient. Super easy check in, parking was easy and convenient. Close to a store in town. Nothing negative can be said about the place!

Fantastic condo with great location!

Condo was amazing. Everything is brand new and in fantastic condition. We had 7 people which it slept comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the built in bunk beds. Kitchen has all cooking needs. Property manager made check in very easy! Highly recommend- we will return!

Fantastic Park City Condo!

Beautifully renovated, super clean condo right on the free bus line (stops directly in front), 3 stops from Park City Mountain. Plenty of room for our family of 5, we enjoyed the cart of games, access to the community hot tub after a day of skiing, easy access to the town for restaurants as well as the ability to cook dinner in a few times using the well appointed kitchen. Hosts have thought of everything.

Super cozy, beautifully decorated, perfectly located!

The condo is in the best location! Walk easily to silver star or pcmr lifts. Backyard is the golf course which is full of cross country skiing and snowshoe trails. Condo is very thoughtfully detailed and beautifully decorated .. Beds are beyond comfy! Kelly was wonderful and fast in helping with 1 small thing that came up. Loved the kitchen! Everything was wonderful! Definitely would return!

Great stay!

This property was excellently renovated and was really cool to see pictures of it originally. The condo has been in the family for three generations which allowed for a well put together decor and home feel. The location was an easy walk to lifts and a bus stops across the street for easy transport to wherever you may need to go. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

Great location and lodging

We really enjoyed this home. The location is a short bus ride from the bottom of the Park City lifts and within walking distance of everything you need. The place has a very nice recent remodel. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room. The property management team is very communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Family ski trip with 3 children beginner skiers

The location was perfect for our family to walk to park city mountain village, even with 3 kids in tow (ages 5, 8, 10). The bunk room was a hit with the kids. Kelly the property manager checked to see if we made it ok and was quick to respond to a question we had. The unit was beautiful and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING Condo in Park City

All I can say is WOW! This condo exceeded our expectations. We recently spent a week in Park City and this condo was well equipped with all the comforts of home. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, newly updated, and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential appliances. The welcome bag and personalized note was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The location was great! It was a short (roughly 10 minute) walk to the nearest ski lift, which is the "First Time" lift. If you're not up for a walk, the shuttle stop is conveniently located directly in front of the condo. Main Street is just a very short drive away (roughly 5 minutes). The market was very close as well. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The neighborhood is beautiful. We spent many of our early mornings/late afternoons hanging out in the backyard area. There is a cross-country skiing course there. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking from the back of the home. Overall, my family and I had such a spectacular stay at this condo and definitely plan to be back. Don't think about it anymore and just book it! You won't regret it.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

100% book this condo, now, before it's gone. Family of 6 stayed for 8 days. I have very high expectations too......The walk to the lift is literally MAYBE 5 minutes. The pool/hot tub which were very clean, not packed, easily accessible was a 1 minute walk. The condo is top of the line....all the latest and greatest and recently renovated. Nicer than my own home. Kelly was AMAZING and helped me with grocery pick up, suggestions, and answered me on the first request every time. They also left a lot of little nice perks: laundry pods, dishwasher pods, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels to cover us for the week. Beds/mattresses are firm, new, clean and the bunk room was a blast. It is everything AND MORE than what is listed. ZERO issues, ZERO disappointment, ZERO regrets. If we come back, this is our place.

Too Much Goodness to Write About

Our families first time out to Utah or any place out west to ski and we were blown away. Park City was blasted with 500 inches of snow and my boys were in heaven. The first time lift and the terrain park lifts were easily within walking distance from the condo. The pool and hot tub are right next door and very well kept. The ping pong table and sitting area in the club house were a great place to hang and watch the kids in the pool. The condo itself was amazing. Everything was very well organized and clean. Everything you needed was there...even a crock pot! The beds were so comfortable and even different types of pillows for those that like firm or soft. Each room had delicate touches that made you feel welcomed. The boys had individual bunks and ports for their phones. Individual (and numbered) storage and towels so there was no arguing about where to put things. The fridge is huge, the range and oven were top of the line, (don't forget to turn on the fan!!), and all appliances through the entire unit were easy to use. Storage for all equipment and clothing was great. The laundry made traveling a little easier and the private parking would have been amazing if our car wouldn't have had the skis and snowboards on top. We would have loved to use the garage as it snow A LOT while we were there. The grocery store and all other needed amenities while we stayed were so darn close and the bus line took my wife and sister right to main street for shopping and dinning. The stop is right outside the door!! There was only one small, very small, negative. There is not really a pantry to put a lot of snacks and food. There is definitely space for some, but because everything is there that you need finding space for dry foods needs some creativity. Everything about this place was top notch and worth it. Thank you for making our family trip to Park City absolutely a trip that created everlasting memories.
