Cleans and quiet property.

Great stay.

The front desk gal who checked me in was very kind and helpful. She gave us a room near the side door so we could easily take our dogs out. Breakfast was tasty and had good options considering it was a small spread. Downsides were paper thin walls, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and I was not given the room I booked. I booked a king suite and received a room with two queen beds. But we didn’t complain because after a day of travel with a baby we were exhausted.

I have stayed at the Crystal Inn twice now for ski trips to Utah. I got a great price the first time, and liked it so much I was willing to pay much more the second time. It's in a convenient location to drive up both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Front desk staff is friendly, and the rooms and spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is also good with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. My only complaint is that the pool area could severely use acoustic tiles. It's irritating to have to listen to the deafening, echoing screeches of kids playing in the pool when you're trying to relax in the hot tub.

Property is in a good position for going skiing. Reasonably priced. Nice hot breakfast included with eggs, potatoes. Hot tub and pool. Small fridge and microwave in room. Staff is friendly and helpful. They allow late checkout for a half day fee. Great place to stay!

This visit is exceeded our expectations

We checked in on my wedding night, went up to the room and our keys wouldn’t work but we heard yelling. We go downstairs to tell the front desk this information only to be told that there’s “thin walls”. We get keys and head back up and walked in on another couple. We go back downstairs and there are no longer any of the rooms we had purchased.

This is one of the few everyday-hotels that I will actually recommend. The entire facility is spotless. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The grounds are well-kept and good dining and shopping are near. I have paid twice as much for a similar room and been happy.

Room was clean, public areas like hallways and elevator were dirty. Hotel needs an update, very squeaky floors, clogged up shower and sinks, and had an outdated look and feel. Breakfast was pretty good.

My room was clean Bed soft Shopping around the area, I didn't do any of that since I was here for a few hours Front Desk women were so nice Breakfast ok, meaning the options,Coffee great!

I called ahead to let them know we had a dog but when I checked in she gave me a form to initial that I didn’t have a dog. I told her we DO have a dog and so started the check in process over to change rooms and charge $50. Air conditioner was loud. Could hear the constant movement of guest above. Opened the curtains and could see they’ve never cleaned the windowsill. We had to pull the sheets down around the mattress before we got into bed as they weren’t on properly. Won’t be back.

Convenient

Very convenient and and friendly place to stay. Many shops surrounded and easy to get to other main attractions. This is the 3rd time we visited Salt Lake City from California, and this is the 3rd time we stayed in here since the experience was good so we didn't bother looking for other places, knowing we will get a nice rest here. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Indoor swimming pool is nice but jacuzzi was not working. Bathtub plug was not hold water tightly.
