We have stayed before with no issues, this time I was very disappointed. The curtains were nasty, there was some blood on the side of the tv stamd and when we opened up the pull out couch bed there was a pair of dirty underwear from a previous occupant. They only said sorry and didnt offer solutions. The pool was good, the sheets were clean.

This was my second stay here and I was just as impressed as I was the first time. Very clean, amazing staff, tasty hot breakfast, comfortable beds, and all smiles the entire stay.

Didn't stay there. Someone accused me of smoking in the room hoel . . Someone prior to my stay had put a bag over the smoke detector. Which I hadn't noticed during my stay there. Which I had stayed there several times before that many times had smelled the use of marijuana in the hotel. In fact one stay the fire alarm had gone off two times one night. The alarm was going off for at least 20 minutes the first time. The second time it had gone off for 30 to 45 minutes before a technician came to turn it off. Because the found this bag over the smoke detector I was 86ed from the chain of hotels with out even coming to ask what was the reason for the bag. So poor management assumed that I had done it. I had been their a dozen times before. In fact I had bóoked a stay there and didn't even check in and was charged full price and not even refunded back any of my money or given a credit for the time the alarm went off disrupting my early morning sleep. So other than they have denied me from staying there for something I didn't do. I have been stiffed and accused. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. But thanks to hotels. Com employee, the last book he got all my money refunded back to me. When they wouldn't let me stay there or give me my money back when they took a reservation from me. Thank you hotels. Com for looking out for my interest and getting my money refunded back to me. In the future and hotel I book I'm going to be fully sweaty when I get in my room of evdidn.

Room had an off smell, walls had splattered I don’t know what on them. Our bed spread was clearly flipped over and not washed because the other side looked like had water colors paint on it. Breakfast was fair, ended up going out to eat the rest of our trip. On the plus side the pool was clean, besides the algae growing on the side of the pool. Room service never came in to restock towels or spruce up the room in our 3 day stay which I found strange, I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for towels and I took out our garbage everyday. I booked this hotel because of the reviews and ratings but sadly this was not our experience.
