Good staff, decent hotel but one if the rooms had bed bugs and eggs, was unable to move us to a clean room or let us consolidate to one room and expected half our party on the same reservation to leave and the other half to pay for the room that didnt have bugs when there was no where for them to go past midnight.

Very disappointed overall, we weren’t even able to check in due to the staff being extremely rude and disrespectful. We walked away and immediately booked something else after being greeted so rudely. We weren’t even able to get a refund due to booking through hotels.com; if you’re considering booking here, don’t. Spend the extra $10 on somewhere else. Take this as your sign. Trust me I learned the hard way by not reading other reviews that also stated the staff was very unfriendly/rude. :)

The place requires a $100 cash deposit, but they will not give you a receipt for the money you give them! Also if you're leaving early the next day, you're not allowed to get your deposit back. You can only get your deposit after 10:00 a.m. up until 5:00 p.m., so if you leave at 7:00 a.m., and you have a flight, you lose your $100 deposit!!!!

Don’t recommend highly dissapointed

The hotel is very dirty and not welcoming at all. The front desk and the staff are very rude and disrespectful overall a very uncomfortable place.

Bit rundown but value for money.

Cheap hotel in a good location. Looks great on the outside but is rather run down inside. If you are after a bed, a shower, a refrigerator and air conditioning then it is just what you want. Very simple stay for one night, nothing fancy.

Great Value!

Great value for money, easy and fast check-in, and non-smoking. Room with a bit of extra sitting space and a desk area. Will stay again for sure. Good place to save money!

We liked the outside of the propert.Myself abd my 8 year olde grandson stayed for a few days abd every morning we would take nature walks around the property with its lush green grass and the beautiful cottonwood trees it was July abd all the flowers and rose bushes were beautiful.i learned alot about the property and my grandson found many types of insects like Rollie polluted, firebugs, daddy long legs it was real interesting. Abd a lot of fun Fun

You get what you pay for

Let's just say, you get what you pay for. I had to wait 10 mins for a clerk to show up to sign me in, the air-conditioner worked but could not be adjusted as the knob was broken. The door in the back was broken so anyone could just walk into the building. There were sketchy people in the parking lot. Two vehicles parked next to each other in the bad with people hanging out while a charging cord went from inside the building to whatever they were doing. The front desk burns incense so the halls smelled like it. Stains everywhere, the carpet, walls, ceilings. On the bedding. The bathroom smelled of mold and was gross. No conditioner. No ice.

The host checking us in demanded a cash deposit of $150, then lowered it to $100. I knew that there was a $150 damage deposit, but no where did it say cash. Every place listed on Travelocity that requires a deposit does it via card. She said there was an ATM on the property. When I asked for a receipt I was told they don't do that, and ended up taking a picture of their paperwork with a written $100 deposit. It didn't inspire confidence when we got to the room and the TV screen was scratched and the shower curtain was loose. I took pictures in case they wanted to hold us accountable. In the morning the clerk (once he arrived at the counter) gave our cash deposit back without checking anything (what was the point). We will not be going back and don't reccomend it.
