The staff was great! So nice, and we loved the breakfast! The room was not that clean though. The bathroom door had dirt on it from people opening it. There was some sort of liquid next to the bathroom sink, mildew looking stuff around the toilet, and inside the toilet didn’t really look clean either. The room did not smell good as well. The footrest to the couch looked dirty and had a couple stains on it also. On a positive, there were enough towels! Probably wouldn’t pay almost $400 for two nights there again.

Horrible, don't stay there

The front desk staff was very unprofessional. We got to our room, and they had the a/c blasting. Once we turned it down, we discovered the reason. The room smell was awful. Upon pulling back the sheets the beds were dirty. We were also placed on the side of the hotel right next to a very loud road. There were no channels on the tv. I could access the guide but a malfunction I presume prevented us from watching anything, I called the front desk to ask for help, in which she replied, I will talk to my manager and or send someone to fix it. Thirty minutes later, no call no show. The carpet was filthy, so we decided to check out. When we went to check out, there was a different front desk receptionist, by her voice, the same one I spoke with on the phone. I asked for a refund for all of the issues. When she rolled her eyes and said, "I'll ask my manager" I just walked out. No point in arguing with someone that couldn't manage to help with a television, let alone arguing for a refund. Very disappointed to say the least. I will be calling Hilton

Great stay!

Very quiet hotel, close to a large hospital, didn’t hear any sirens, check in was smooth and quick. Very nice staff, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, oatmeal was my favorite. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Can't change anything about the noisy location. Rooms need some USB plugs - there wasn't a single one in the room but fortunately the hotel provided an adapter to a standard electrical outlet. Breakfast should be upgraded to provide better options, healthier food.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Murray, Utah, for a national competition, and I must say it was an excellent choice! The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The room exceeded our expectations in size and amenities, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was nice, with refreshing water, although the room could have been cooler. We also made great use of the gym, which was perfect for our daily training sessions. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—it was a continental spread with some added bonuses that really made it enjoyable. The price for our stay was very reasonable, especially considering the location. Being just two blocks away from a lovely park and a small plaza with a restaurant and nail salon made our experience even better. Traveling as a group, we had a fantastic time gathering and cooking out, making the hotel feel like a home for the week. The only downside was that the dryers seemed to need maintenance, as they weren't heating sufficiently. Additionally, it would be nice to see some amenities geared toward younger children. Overall, I highly recommend Home2 Suites for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Murray.
