This was such a bad hotel. I booked it because of its location to where I was working, but I wish I hadn’t. The doors were super thin letting in all the hallway noise. The “breakfast” was a toast station that didn’t toast, a waffle bar that wasn’t hot enough, burnt coffee with no creamer, and crust oatmeal. The in-room TV wouldn’t turn on at all. And the heater was outrageously loud. A horrible experience.

The pictures are totally different than reality I’ll say that much. Our original room was kinda dirty and in the middle of the night the smoke alarm started going off for no reason and they moved us to another room. The new room was a lot better and cleaner but the tv wouldn’t work so they had to have someone come fix it. The breakfast could be much better. You only get waffles hard boiled eggs oatmeal or cereal. There were some smaller things available but nothing special. If you need a slightly cheaper place to stay for a few days this isn’t terribly bad.

One of the Rooms smelled musky and damp, I requested two of the same rooms, they gave me Two completely different rooms. At 6:00 in the morning a bunch of men started banging on doors yelling up and down the floor we stayed on. It went on for more than 1.5 hours even after I called the front desk about it. Will not stay again! Do not recommend!

My room was across the hall from the ice machine - I slept horribly. The door handle to my bathroom was messed up and when the door was shut I needed a tool to open it. The pictures show how the knob was when I arrived, clearly there had been issues before. The water temp control knob in my shower was roughed up so I had to wrap a towel around it to turn it to adjust water temp. Breakfast was not great - only protein was boiled eggs and yogurt. Nice lady at the front desk during check-in but otherwise this stay sucked.

The hotel manager was nice switching a room for us per our request. Breakfast is limited but it is complimentary anyway. We are confused if the charge is due by the hotel or Expedia since we did not he an invoice from the hotel Expedia rebooked the hotel for us because the original reservation was cancelled at the last minutes

The front desk staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was limited. No carpet in the rooms, the floors were dirty. The curtains were broken. There were many sketchy individuals around the building and in the parking lot.
