Well... it is what it is. It isn’t wonderful, that is for sure. The rooms aren’t super clean, and the neighborhood isn’t great.

Breakfast wasn’t worth going to.

No one ever gives me a receipt. Now I have to jump through unnecessary hoops to obtain it. Why is it so difficult to hand a guest who pays good money a piece of paper? I need it to account for my company expense or I wouldn’t care.

The service was excellent. There aren’t many amenities to use, so hard to rate that, given everything shutdown for COVID

Check in was very slow. The clerk made a phone call instead of helping me. He didn’t have enough keys - we just got one. I asked where to park and he was not sure where we should park to be closest to our rooms. The phone was broken.

The check in process was a bit frustrating because they did not have our reservation correct. It was hot and a long day to boot. They said it was Expedia’s doing.

Slow check in and put me by the loud back door. Very unhealthy breakfast. Hot pockets and bad muffins!

It was awful! My family and I didn’t even end up staying. The hotel was falling apart the room was dirty there was a terrible smell the front desk was rude and I still haven’t received my refund. They charged me a $100 deposit they didn’t want to return. The hotel is in a terrible part of town. The pictures on orbitz are completely misleading and I pray they remove this hotel from the site. If you’re trying to get your money back from the hotel they will just keep telling you the manager is not in.

The location was right off the highway and convenient.

It was clean and inviting. The sheets and linens were clean and the room itself was large and roomy.

I presented my company credit card at check in but they used my personal debit card on orbitz. Didn't inform me. How does that happen?

I liked the price, but the room had a smell of heavy air freshener, and was outdated. I appreciated staying in a room though. I could have slept outside in the cold, but I was Blessed. The pool was covered and the gym was dark.

Rude staff don't stay there. From desk staff was rude location sucks could hear people through the halls all night long

The price was ok. The breakfast was very poor. The housekeeper did come and change the bedding that was stained with blood when we arrived. The decor could definitely use some updating.
