This hotel was very clean and generally comfortable, and a good value. The staff was helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was very good with a nice selection...and the early availability was convenient for those looking for an early start to the ski day. The location, while not in the best part of the city, was convenient to the downtown events and highway access. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next trip to SLC.

I was very skeptical on the cleanliness of the room, we found a sock on the desk and bed sheets seemed they werent changed they had tons of hairs. I will say staff was great.

pool/hot tub/sauna were all plusses. The one issue we had was that the sheets on our bed were not clean. They had black hair all over them. When I told the staff, they were great to come up and change all of the bedding but it was late enough the normal cleaning staff wasn't there so one of the night managers actually changed it. It might have been his first time doing this. It all worked out.
