The hotel was adequate but nothing more. The rooms and hotel itself need updating. The hallways are not well lit and the room we had was kind of dark too without turning on every light. There are no USB ports anywhere, so you need a regular plug for every electronic device which is not convenient. The basic WiFi wasn't great and kept dropping out compared to other Hilton properties. It certainly wasn't equal to other DoubleTree hotels I have stayed at. It was clean and utlilitarian but nothing that makes the hotel stand out. It is convenient to Main Street without paying Main Street hotel/resort prices.

Great staff; resort fee for no gym or jacuzzi or bicycles or anything else listed as a resort is a bit of a joke. Pool is nice.

I've booked dozen of hotels through Orbitz and have never been charged extra fees upon arrival. I felt it was wrong that I was charged an additional $20 "resort fee" when I checked in. Yes, it's not that much money, but it felt sneaky and I may have chosen a different hotel if I had known the overall cost was more.

Good experiences Want to go back now I’m booking reservation with them now

This motel is ok, people are nice and i have absolutely no clue how can they charge resort fee. This place has nothing to charge resort fee

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, but the property is overall pretty dated.

We loved the cookies at check in. The staff were friendly and the hotel was easy to find. The hotel restaurant was good too.

I just needed a place to crash and it was very nice. Clean with nice interior feel.

The hotel needs major remodeling, it's a bit old and run down. Was expecting a more upscale experience and the $20 "Resort Fee" is a rip off that I was not informed of at the outset. Just a way to gouge customers after they are far into the booking process and don't have the time or energy to re-book at a place with more integrity. Also the "soft close" toilet lid won't even stay open unless held, then slams noisily shut. This place is disgusting.

Rm was loud, had to get to and noisey with foot traffic passi

Dark lobby, dark long confusing corridors to get to rooms. Hotel staff not as helpful as expected. New manager was obviously very inexperienced.

The only thing I requested from the staff was a wake up call- they completely failed.

Very convenient with the shuttle for the ski resort and the ski holding area liked the hot chocolate and hot cider in the lobby and the bone broth

Manager was amazing and so helpful we were with a group and it was confusing but your manager on duty that night was amazing.

it was pretty good, staff were great and nice. i had to stay for couple of hours and staff made it simple and easy.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. It's location was central which was nice since I was there on business, not to ski. Food, entertainment, etc. is all within walking distance as well. Overall a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

We had a very nice time at the Yarrow, but there were 3 draw backs. The bed was a little too hard for our taste (I like firm but this was Rock). Next, the people who checked in before us got the last free breakfast voucher.....And the last free bag of cookies!
