DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City - The Yarrow

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

it was pretty good, staff were great and nice. i had to stay for couple of hours and staff made it simple and easy.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. It's location was central which was nice since I was there on business, not to ski. Food, entertainment, etc. is all within walking distance as well. Overall a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

We had a very nice time at the Yarrow, but there were 3 draw backs. The bed was a little too hard for our taste (I like firm but this was Rock). Next, the people who checked in before us got the last free breakfast voucher.....And the last free bag of cookies!

The hotel is conveniently located and check in was easy and friendly. We were offered warm cookies. Nice touch. The hotel is dated by design up appears to be recently remodeled with nice decor. Room was clean, comfortable, tastefully appointed and a value for the price. It would have received a 4 vs 3 in reference to cleaning if I hadn't found a used coffee filter in the coffee maker. Everything else was good. We experienced a power outage for a good part of our stay (not at the fault of the hotel) however at check out there was not mention of it. Would recommend for families. Nice Pool.

We walked into our room and there was a bobbypin on the floor and the toilet was definitely the one from before the remodel. It was new inside but it still felt old. I wish I would have spent just a little bit more money to get a nicer hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean, updated rooms and a very friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Not a bad place but not the best either. Met my needs. Price was right for the location.

This hotel is disaster..it is under extensive renovations and there are almost no people here...no services...no lobby..people not helpful ...we have to walk outside to get to restaurant...very disappointing and you should let people who are booking know this situation

We were not given prior notice that they were under construction. The hot tub & restaurant were closed, upon arrival for check in we we're told it would be over an hour wait for our room. They didn't provide us with any information as to where we could wait comfortably, nor did they have any compassion for our needs.

good location, nice large room and would stay there again.

Just spent one night on our way through town. This hotel was decent for the price. Would stay again.

The view from the room was of a brick wall. When I asked for an exterior room, none were offered. There was no hot water after the first day of our stay, and despite multiple complaints about this, it was never fixed during our 4 night stay. Also, one day no cleaning service came by causing trash to accumulate, etc. I was very disappointed with this hotel. Upon my departure, when I told the desk clerk of these issues, he told me the manager would call me to see what could be done. It has now been over a week and no one has called.

Our travel schedule changed and we needed just one night in Park City. We found the hotel easily and it was perfect for us. With two little kids, it was a nice place to have for the night.

This hotel is across the street from park city resort. Has descent restaurant, and ski rental shop. Fresh Market next door with a Star Bucks. Rooms are standard hotel. Staff is very help. Will stay here again.

Great value, great location, kind of noisy all night long.

Furnishings were old, worn, mismatched and outdated. We went during Sundance Film Festival so was very overpriced for what was there!

We got a really great deal on the hotel rate so I did not have great expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised at check-in. Great friendly staff, clean basically updated room, with nice carpeting! Location was great whether you choose the free public shuttles or drive yourself around.

I expected less than what I got. Nice lobby area, room was big with nice linens and drapes, granite sink area. Clean and bed was comfortable. Best hotel with a 3 star rating that I've been to. Nice view of mountain. On the bus line, but didn't use it.

I've stayed at The Yarrow twice and it has worked out perfect. Great location. Affordable. Quiet enough. Walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants.

The Yarrow is in a great location - outside of the crowded downtown, but close to everything. The hotel is beginning to show its age, but the staff was helpful and our visit was plesant.
