Great location. Clean property. Good hot breakfast. Would recommend.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was probably the best in town. Cons: Our room was not that clean and the tub didn’t drain that well when showering. We could hear literally every step the people staying upstairs took and it was quite loud. Needs updating for sure.

The staff was very nice, and helpful with ideas on how to keep busy while in Moab. The rooms was slightly outdated, but this didn't bother us. The real challenge we had was the lack of electrical outlets, and the locations of the outlets in the room. I would suggest bringing a power strip if you plan to plug in more than a few phones or computers.

Nice hotel close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable, the hot breakfast was a plus.

The room is a little worn, the shower not quite high enough for a 6' person and the beds weren't the most comfortable BUT the people were fabulous. Kia at the front desk was amazingly helpful. My biggest problem was the scented room freshener they use. I'm highly allergic to such and it made my life rough. The management was quite understanding about it. If you have allergies, warn them.

Decent rooms. Nice ambiance at lobby and breakfast place. Good assortment of food items for the complimentary breakfast. Location is ideal with various stores and restaurants at close vicinity

We were a bit skeptical about this hotel having never seen it before, but it was surprisingly delightful! It was right in the middle of town which was great for walking to dinner multiple nights. The free breakfast was great with great hot items, oatmeal and a pancake machine (which my kids loved). The pool area was clean and nice. There was a nice deck area where you could sit and relax outside the room. Great hotel and we will definitely return!

Good location. Easy to access to the Arches National Park.

This place is not very nice. It's average at best. The sheets were stained. The hot tub jets didn't work. The breakfast was mediocre. The heater was loud and rumbled. The staff did not keep up on food for breakfast. Unless you have low standards don't stay here.

Such a great place to stay. Large comfy quiet room. Bathroom had 2 sinks. The breakfast was Amazing. Best free breakfast I've ever had.

Finally a hotel with everything advertised. It had a hot tub and a gym! The breakfast had a great variety of choices. The room was clean and very nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Great place!

This Hotel is close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Post office, restaurants, tourism information center, shops at a walkable distance. I stay 5 days and I would recommand this hotel to anyone. The staff is nice and helpful.

Very pleasant stay. Room was good size, clean, and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Off season rates are very reasonable. Breakfast included is a big +, staff is friendly and helpful.

We've stayed here a number of times. A good place in downtown Moab at times when prices are reasonable, if you can deal with the traffic noise and truck exhaust. Very good breakfast is included, which offsets the price some.

Grounds are nicely kept. The room is a typical "motel style" walkout room. It felt a little dark and cave like. It had two double beds and it felt cramped. We also unfortunately had ants. I did let front desk know the next day when we checked out and they were very apologetic.

OK hotel. Overpriced like most things in Moab. However, breathtaking area to visit.

Hotel was a bit noisy and beds were uncomfortable. There was a decent continental breakfast which is nice when traveling with kids.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us while visiting our beautiful area and for taking the time to give us your review. You absolutely right and we have listened. With all the new technology and devises these day we simply need more outlets. This winter along with painting all the rooms we are working on our outlets and shortage by getting new amenities (alarm clocks and desk lamps) that will have extra outlets and USB ports built in for better convenience:) again Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again if your ever back this way:)
