This is a lovely property and there is nothing better than a private hot tub on your porch! Super clean and spacious suite with fireplace and helpful, friendly staff. It wasn’t clear to me from reading other reviews that the hotel sits right in a mall, surrounded by stores and parking lots, but there are also lovely mountain views from upper floors, including views of the nearby Olympic park and ski jumps. There is a good pizza restaurant downstairs and a good coffee shop right across the street. Plenty of loud late night drinking at the outdoor tables on the plaza below, at least on the Friday night we stayed, but party noise was not audible from the bedroom, which is toward the rear of the unit, away from the porch. Anyone sleeping on the pullout couch might want to bring a white noise machine on weekends, however. Loved the fireplace and the huge bathroom tub and walk in shower! Hot tub lovers will be in heaven.

Great Stay

We loved staying here. The fact that it had a large tub in the bathroom and a hot tub on the balcony was so fun. Also the customer service was top notch. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I got food poisoning and had to end my stay one day short, but because they were so accommodating and the place was so nice, we are definitely coming back. I highly recommend staying for more than one night. This gives you time to enjoy all the amenities at the hotel and all the fun of Park City.

We were only there one night and the elevator broke two times. One of them didn’t even work the whole time we were there. Luckily, there are stairs. Our hot tub was dirty when we arrived and we weren’t able to use it for 3 hours. Plus. When draining it, they flooded the living room. So someone had to come clean that up. Super awkward.
