This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great. Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I eventually got my bearing, but just be prepared for a maze! Also, and no fault of the hotel at all, the prices for things in and around Park City are very high. I don't think we managed to have lunch for two for less than 80 bucks.

We had a nice couples trip. The facility is a little older so parts of it are a little dated or in need of a good deep cleaning (hallway carpets) and updating or repair but overall it was failry clean and we enjoyed the use of the resort facility, pools, arcade, restaurants. Its quite massive so check in instructions could have been a little bit clearer. They were pretty vauge and it took us an extra15 mins to figure out where to go because things werent obviously marked outside the parking garage and since it wa dark and their are several resorts in the same vicinity. We loved that there are lots of activities to participate in. Overall a good trip and we could definitely consider comming back with our kids.

Our room felt run down. The air conditioning didn’t work great and the shower squealed every time you would use it. We also found the resort layout very confusing, we spent almost an hour trying to find the adult only pool and asked multiple employees who didn’t speak enough English and kept directing us to the outside pool.

Great hotel, clean and kept up. Rated down because on our first night, they sent us a message at 9:49 that the water would be shut off from 10:30-4:30am. We booked this hotel primarily for the bathtub, and were frustrated that this wasn’t communicated to us sooner.

Overrated

Room was nice, but seemed the staff wasn't always that happy to help. Edge steak house was mediocre at best. Steaks were average, salad was horrible, creme brule was paste. One house keeper actually took the elevator with a large bin of laundry ahead of us once it opened and apologized as the door closed. Had a burger at the burger place in the restaurant. Couldn't eat it, had a jalapeño on it tgatmust have been 6" long. All in all, would stay there again, wouldn't eat there.
