Worst hotel ever. Too hot or too cold. Never the right temp. To cramped. No room service. No light in the rooms. Way too small of rooms. Confusing to find way around. Will never go there again. One place to eat in the entire grounds and if you want coffee you have to walk a two mile maze and get lost a million times. Never again.

Tv and phone where not in working order. Spoke with front desk and maintenance on multiple occasions and issues never resolved. We did get a hotel credit for the inconvenience. Hotel location is ideal.

Held hostage -- I paid a room deposit in advance -- so they just give me a crummy room and then hold me hostage when I just want to leave. When we go to room, get a huge view of their.....dumpster. Ask for another room -- get a view of couple trucks in dirt parking lot and orange traffic cone. When I re-state this is not acceptable - am told no other rooms available (although they advertise they have 498 rooms). Told them fine I'll just leave and they say so too bad I already paid large deposit. So, I am stuck. Per website photos it is reasonable for me to infer an adequate view (yet, I am not allowed one because I paid in advance). Further, for a place purporting to be four AAA Diamonds and four Forbes Stars -- they should hold themselves accountable. Although we have a baby no one offers to help with luggage upon check-in nor during these rooms' moves. Parking is an exceptionally long and twisting walk and elevators' rides to room. The parking deck is surprisingly filthy. The shower was, literally, a trickle of water. All this for paying room, tax and (ironically) a resort fee for the night. The only correct and well-done customer service experience was the luggage service when we left in the morning. My conversation with Property Manager: him: I don't understand why you complain, it's our most requested view -- my response: what, a view of your dumpster?! Then, he says: Well, we don't charge for the view, we charge for the room.

1 minute walk to the lift. They take your skies next to the lifts. They give you a locker to keep your equipment and even dry your ski boots overnight.

The room needed lots of repairs. Lamps didn't work, kitchen cabinet door was falling off of the hinges, TV remote did not work in the bedroom, the main entry door was dragging on the floor and very difficult to open. I asked to change rooms for the next two nights and recieved no response. We had half room service the first night, they didn't remove any of the garbage from the kitchen wastebasket and bagged trash or leave any coffee for the next morning. We returnrd at 5:00 the next afternoon and had no roomservice the second day. I had made a reservation for next weekend as we are returning and have cancelled it. Will never be back to Westgate properties.

Nice place but staff is very unhelpful and most acted out out when asked questions. These are front desk people they deal with the most people and start to cop attitude. Parking is a joke and if you ask anyone you guest it either don't know or have some sort of attitude like you should already know the answer. Great facility but hindered by staff

I don't think they change the linens between customers. We had stains on the king bed and also the pullout. The sheets also looked slept in. When we mentioned the issue it was promptly dealt with. The pool is great for families and well heated. Overall it was enjoyable.

Fun enjoyable family get away. Swimming pool was delightful.

Hotel/timeshare nice. No complaints great location. Room always warm was using ac in winter. Restaurants/bars good.. price pretty fair. Nice shopping around complex. Get out see downtown and other restaurants.

Booked this hotel for a last minute ski weekend at Canyons over President's Day weekend. The 1 BR unit we had was quite small but clean and adequate. We found however that the resort was so spread out and difficult to get around, especially wearing ski boots to and from the rental shop, that the convenience of the slopeside location was kind of lost. We tried the bar and grille here for breakfast once, not impressed at all. Overall found the staff to be pretty indifferent and not particularly helpful. For the price I would stay in town and get the shuttle to Canyons next time.

the king bed kitchen suite room is very small comparatively to othe kitchennette suites with very deceptional online picture which make the rooms appear much larger. the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff left much to be desired. overall did not meet our expectations but we had a blast at canyons and park city overall

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick. Room was extremely clean and bed was super comfy. The door was broken when i arrived called front desk they sent someone to fix it. Took about 30 minutes tops. Overall amazing service. Will stay again

Great hotel, suites beautiful decorated, all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. Great stuff. very helpful. Pool for kids, a more relaxed pool for adults, great after a busy day in Park City. Game room, Starbucks, Steakhouse very professional, attentive, delicious food. Definitely will stay next time we go to Park City.

This place was AMAZING! Only thing I wasn't fond of was no breakfast available on site during off season. The staff at the lobby was so fantastic! The one bedroom villa we stayed in was absolutely perfect.

We were a little disappointed with this hotel. Looks amazing on the website, but room was tiny and hotel lacked certain basic conveniences, such as accessible ice machines.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Room was amazing. Kids loved the pool. Good getaway for the holiday weekend. Only hiccup was not enough self parking for the busy holiday weekend. But would highly recommend.

The overall appearance is fantastic. Rooms are small if you get just the luxury package. Walls are thin, so expect to hear everybody in the hallway.

Second time at the Westgate. This is probably the best family resort in the Park City area. Has lots of amenities but one negative is that it is very big and takes a long time to get around the resort. Nice rooms and amenities.

We had a nice stay, but it took forever to check in and out. I think the staff was new, but a manager was right there and could see it was taking forever and did nothing. He could not promise we would get the Orbiz rate, so I had to email my confirmation to his personal email address.....so strange!!!!
