Perfect location. We walked to restaurants for all our meals. Some very good choices. The room was clean and two recliners that we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable. Close to the parks.

Avoid room 204

Requested 1st floor got 2nd floor in a dark corner, room 204, quite possibly the worst location at the hotel. The air conditioner is a bit obnoxious noise wise. If you're able to get 1st floor on the south side it would be a whole different experience, including being able to park in front of your room without a steep angle for motorcycles.

Rooms were nice, clean and beds were comfortable. Our coffee maker did not work. Couldn't sleep because the people were tromping around upstairs for hours and there seems to be no insulation between floors to help with the noise.

This property is an older property in the heart of Moab. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, decent bathroom, furniture is tired looking. We liked that it was quiet and more suited to adult guests.
