the floor felt a bit sandy when we moved in, but what do you expect when you visit Moab?? great location!! So close to Arches NP, walkable distance to restaurants, fun stores and more restaurants really close by. Great value, great to support a local non-chain venue!

Probably a last resort

Well…you get what you pay for. It’s great that they are focusing on being low cost, but I want to share what that means in this case. First, the thing I liked: The room locks being a code instead of a key is very convenient - no need to remember a key, just a code that they text to you. Now, the bad. In room 102, the shower curtain was brown, the bathroom ceiling leaked when it rained, there aren’t enough towel hooks, everything on the wall seems to be slowly falling out of the wall, and there was a couple-inch-wide gap between the AC unit and the wall where it was open to the air. Generally, the parking spots are small. Also, the dog waste station was out of bags and the grounds have tons of goat heads - not great for a pet-friendly hotel. We visit Moab fairly often, and unfortunately I don’t expect we will stay at this hotel again.

I stayed for 3 days with my child. The AC worked so well and drowned out any noise, we slept like babies everyday. Although not the most appealing from the outside, our room was clean, felt safe, and budget friendly for us. I would come back again. Overall stay was enjoyable, we spent most of our time out exploring and it was a nice place to sleep at no night.

Well overall my 5 night stay was fine, all the necessary information arrived in my email, ample parking, the room has everything necessary for the stay, free ice, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, coffee maker etc. The only thing missing was cleaning the room daily or at least every 2 days and that they could change the bedclothes at least every 2 days, if you are going to stay only one night you will not have problems with the cleaning but in my case that it was 5 nights I would have liked more days of cleaning, clean rooms and sheets. The hotel and the facilities are already a little old but it is not an inconvenience. Definitely worth it for the price, has everything you need to go back and rest after I give you a day to explore Moab.

They offered no cleaning, was there three days. Only spoke to owner in the phone, I never saw any staff or cleaning people. I only had 2 towels and I roll of toilet paper. Didn’t offer Dnd door tags, apparently they don’t need to bc there is no staff??? The owner was very nice and said to call id I needed anything, not sure that’s the best way to run a motel?? Keeps his costs down, I still paid $93 plus tax, next time I’ll spend a little more!!

I relied on the 8/10 rating for cleanliness and did not experience that. Shower was really dirty…hair…gross. Sheets paper thin and no mattress pad. Bedspread had stains and a big hole. Would not stay here again.

Old motel with lots of charm. Needs a remodel, but it embraces the vibe of Moab. Has TV, microwave, fridge, window unit. Large closet in bathroom. No front desk. Everything by text. Very affordable compared to others. We’ll stay there again!

Budget hotel. Good value. Had everything we needed. Easy check in/out, clean, comfortable. All Moab dining and shopping easily accessible. Canyonlands, Arches, and Dead Horse State park close by. Would definitely stay here again. ALSO - we accidentally left a medical device in our room and the owner was very helpful in getting it back to us.
