Wonderful experience. Arrived on Thanksgiving to be with family for the weekend. We loved the charm and the comfort of this property. The space and amenities were exactly what you’d want for a few days relaxing and enjoying SLC. It was a perfect location to the U and downtown. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Appreciated the attention to the details for a perfect stay.

I love historic homes and this did not disappoint. We loved the location’s proximity to Whole Foods, Trolley Square, Trader Joe’s & Smith’s. Everything was clean and in working order. Would definitely stay again.

Fun downtown property in a restored historic home. So many local things to do .. Liberty park, farmers market Saturday, hamachi sushi and holy water coffee around the corner. This was a winner for me. Clean and private place with great balcony. Everything went 100 percent as expected.

Check-in was so easy. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use. Everything was clean and beautiful. My sister and our partners had a wonderful time hanging out in this rental. I stay at a lot of vacation rentals and this is one of our favorites.

Great SLC landing pad

I booked this unit to give us a landing pad while we moved in my son into his apartment. The unit was well appointed, had great wi-fi and parking. I also loved the location and found it walkable to some great places.

Great rest stop

We stayed 2 nights. After leaving Yellowstone and a very busy week, the stay at this VRBO and it was just what we needed before heading back home. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Amazing location and unit!!

Loved this place. Stood here with a friend it is very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were super comfortable and the whole property is very clean. It was a 5 minute walk from a bus stop which we used the whole stay. I have no complaints.

Perfect for us!

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed, including some thoughtful touches... coffee, etc. We loved the location, especially having Sprouts just down the street. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay

Loved staying here. Came out to Salt Lake for my first “big trip” aka my first adult vacation with a friend to see a concert. Location was great being so close to everything but also far enough away for some peace and quiet when needed. Property managers were in constant communication and the property itself was cozy and a great place to stay.

Marvelous springtime stay

This property is in a wonderful, accessible neighborhood in Salt Lake City. The building is historic with beautiful woodwork and a cozy feeling. There was some street noise but that was to be expected and not at all a problem for us. Off street parking and patio were delightful extras. We had everything we needed for a relaxing home away from home.

Beautiful, Comfortable Property

This one of those places where you wonder how accurate the pictures in the listing are, then you get there and find the pictures to be misleading. BUT, in this case, the reality is SO much better than the pictures! Clean, accessible, safe, comfortable, spacious, affordable, quiet, stylish - all of those things, for sure. I'm looking forward to an opportunity to visit this property again soon.
