Charming One Bedroom Mother-in-Law
Enjoy a private and centrally located basement apartment for your next stay in Salt Lake City. Get to Sugar House in 4 min, downtown in 10 min, or our famous ski resorts within 35 min. There is plenty of on-street parking. S-Line streetcar is a 3 min walk and the unit is within walking distance of a grocery store, coffee shops, & restaurants. Great WiFi, well-stocked kitchen. Fully enclosed backyard with shared sitting area and table (summer time) to enjoy.
Spacious and comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment. The unit has a seperate entrance through the backyard and is complete seperate from the rest of the house. If you need to work, there is a dedicated workspace with adjustable height desk and office chair.
The private entrance is through the shared backyard and down the side stairs. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. There is access to the laundry room which is shared with the upstairs apartment.

This apartment is the basement level of the home. There is an upstairs apartment where guests may enter through the backyard. The units are seperated by a solid door in the basement which is dead bolted on both sides.
There is no temperature control in the basement apartment. Air vents can be open or closed depending on your comfort level. During the summer guests usually keep them closed since it stays cool. The winter time they are kept open to allow heat when it’s on. There is a fan and portable heater in the bedroom closet, if needed. There is a low spot in the bathroom so if you are taller than 6’2” you will need to watch your head.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Very well appointed apartment, competitively priced, close to UTA public transportation, and only 15 minute drive from SLC airport. Hosts were terrific and stayed in touch with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. Found Dee's Family Restaurant within walking distance and had great breakfasts there every morning of our stay. Highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is fully appointed. The hosts were very responsive. We used the mattress for a second bed, which worked fantastically. It was so wonderful to be able to come back to the ease of everything taken care of.

Charming place and centrally located
It's a cute property centrally located. It had everything we needed for the weekend. There was more noise from upstairs than we thought there would be. It rained most for most of our visit, so we didn't get to explore as much of the city as we wanted. Tyler and Shawn were very responsive hosts!

Easy highway access to ski mountains
Excellent location and quiet neighborhood. Our hosts had accessible communication and instructions. Welcome care package of edibles great touch. Also guest access to Netflix and Prime movies/tv shows. Separate and private entrance to house. On street parking no issue. Yes, will stay again in future.

Convenientbut a few things?
Location was very convenient for golf locations I played. Downtown very easy to get to. Food very close by both groceries and restaurants. Bathroom a little small as well as bed. Warned about noise during week at 10 pm. Seemed strict to us and we are not party types.

Great rental
This property was a great home base for us as we explored Salt Lake City. It was fastidiously clean and Tyler was very communicative. Since it’s a basement apartment, you can hear the ambient noise from the occupants of the house—not at all a problem for us, as they were very quiet, but good to know for people who may be more sensitive to noise. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!
