Fantastic hotel. The ducks knocking on the sliding glass door for food made it a fantastic experience for my child. Great pool, basketball hoop and putting green.

when I checked in, they gave us a room that was locked from the inside. They said they would fix it, but never offered us a different room. Finally we asked for a different room, since the original room 104 was not available/ We had just traveled for 24 hours and were very tired. The second room was fine, but not a pleasant experience checking in. They never offered me the cookies either. Finally after the second room experience I asked for the cookies and they gave them to me Not a good experience

Hotel was great overall but the food from room service was overcooked and disgusting! Eat somewhere else.

Convience to airport and being able to leave our car in lot & taking a shuttle to & from the airport was a real plus. Dinner in the bar was good and server very friendly. Comfortable bed. We will be back.

I booked this a long time before my trip, and a few weeks before I needed to cancel it, and that is when I realized there was a no cancellation policy, so I will never book with Doubletree for any reason in the future.

everything was as Doubletree is. good room good people.

No issues, everything was nice, clean, and where I needed it

Nice hotel, clean, but a very noisy air conditioner. Restaurant staff was lacking in their training, but our room service meal was tasty. Not a bad one night stop on our one night stay before leaving Utah. Very close to the airport.

It looks really nice, but it seems like the building could use some upkeep. The shower, for instance, seems like it's falling apart.

The hotel is standard hotel closed to the airport. I have been flying in/out SLC several times, and trying DoubleTree this time. The most parts of the hotel is OK, the only thing annoying is that the room smells like instant noodle when we entered the room. Another issue is that the hotel consists of more than one building, and high rise is a bit further away from the main lobby, and there is NO cart other than the main building. If you are coming for ski trip, it requires some efforts to transport your ski equipment from lobby to the room.

This was a pleasant surprise for a one night stay at an airport hotel. We will stay here the next time we need an hotel at the Salt Lake City Airport.

Very nice staff. Food very good and reasonable pricing for in house restaurant. Room larger than expected. Refrigerator in room which is always a nice amenitiy. Television was new and swiveled to face anywhere in the room. The TV could have been a little larger but was a decent size. The best part of this was the cost. I booked through a third party website the same evening I was staying and it was $72 for the night. Overall it was a very nice hotel for that price.

La estadia estubo bien. Solo que la vista del hotel no fue muy buena, y el control del televisor no funcionaba. Todo lo demas estubo bien.

Priced Right!! Airport Shuttle is very convenient!!!

Wait 45 minutes for shuttle bus mid night cold weather

Staff was fantastic. Management dropped the ball bigtime. Lost power during the night soon heat or lights. Fire alarm beeped the entire night so there was little sleep. Company should have comped the day plus offered an additional stay. Poor form! Staff on duty were wonderful

felt like a motel instead of a hotel. room had wallpaper peeling. patched hole in the bathroom door and garbage left by the nightstand from previous guests

The room was great. The only downside was the blow dryer didn't work. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars

Great big room. Just beautiful and clean Great staff
