Not as clean in hotel as I was expecting. Very busy place though! The room was exactly what we needed - 2 queen beds and a sofa. That narrowed the selections when I was looking for a place close to SLC Overall fine.
Our trip to Utah was made much easier because of the friendly service at this hotel and the shuttle to and from the airport was critical to getting where and when we needed!
Property was fine. Room served It’s easy airport access reason for booking. Bare basics in room, not enough Towels and pull out couch Bedding was One pillow and blanket only. Check was easy and our counter agent was very Nice and helpful.
I stay here whenever I am in SLC for work which is several times a year. The Polynesian woman that works evenings at the front desk is always so pleasant and friendly. She also makes check-in a quick and easy process, and is extremely hospitable and helpful no matter what time in the evening. The facility is always clean and well kept. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really applaud the staff. Also, seems like it’s the LAST hotel to offer a FREE breakfast.
The folks were nice. The facilities need a major update. The shower was cracked and sink was broken. There is little insulation between rooms. Could hear EVERYTHING from all sides.
There was exactly one person and she was responsible for everything from checking in customers, managing the phone and coordinating any requests from guests. The first room I got allotted was very dirty - the bed sheets were tucked in but, there were giant visible food stains if you pulled the outer sheet. There was a soccer team of teenagers and their coaches running around making a lot of noise. Luckily I got allotted another room on pleading with the front desk person. The hotel is adjacent to the freeway and you can hear the traffic at night. I would not book here again.
Airport shuttle convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Room as pictured, with good storage. Exterior entry needs upgrade to look more welcoming and safe with better lighting!
Spring Hill suites is a good distance from the freeway and the building is quiet. The front desk staff was super great. Accommodating and nice people.
