The owner would not honor the parking rate that I was told over the phone when I made the reservation. There was a substantial difference in cost but it was “take it or leave it” at 7:30 at night after a long day driving. The nice front desk clerk tried but the owner would not budge or even consider a discount. Tacky, dishonest, poor attitude and behavior

Carpet by bathroom door was wet. Because we got in late, we went straight to bed. Five uses later of the toilet (all liquid), the toilet started over flowing. My sister went to the front desk and told them about it but all she did was to give my sister a plunger (which didn’t help). She didn’t come check out the situation or offer us an alternative
