Late check in but front desk/night audit was friendly and helpful when I got lost. :-)

Stay was improved from a year ago. Breakfast area well stocked with food, clerk explained all my questions and driver was pleasant.

Good value for the location, some of the facility needs repair but for the price no complaints

Had never stayed here before and was concerned about the low rate. The ratings were pretty good so we decided to give it a try. The first thing that was a pleasant surprise was how nice the two young ladies at the front desk were. They were polite, happy, and seemed like they enjoyed being there. The room was great. It was clean and neat and it was quiet. We only stayed one night but we will not hesitate to use this location again.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and polite. In the room, the desk was immediately beneath the TV, making it kind of close to work at the desk and watch the TV. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. The sausage was undercooked. Some eggs and cheese would be nice to fix a biscuit sandwich. One of the 2 choices of cereal was kind of strange--cocoa puffs with sweetened shredded wheat bites mixed in.

We loved it the breakfast wasn't that good but the beds are AWESOME loved it and the staff were very nice and it was all and all a good place to stay .

Booked for two double beds, but had me for only one. Made adjustment and experience was good afterward. Pleasant helpful staff.

Very nice and clean hotel and the price is very affordable.

I continuously travel with my job and one thing that I've noticed staying at hotel after hotel...they're pretty much all the same. It's a room, with a bed and bathroom. Some give you more room...some not so much. More likely than not, the beds are the same. The only difference you'll find in the top hotel brands (4-5 stars) is the level and quality of the bedding, bathroom items, etc, offered at their properties. I prefer staying at 3 star hotels because of the breakfast. While not an awesome sit down breakfast, its enough to get you going and start you day on the right foot. This hotel fit that bill. Nothing special to distinguish it from other 3 star brands. In this case we picked this hotel because of price and location. Right next to the airport (which you couldn't tell - I didn't hear one single plane). I would stay here again.

Outside is definitely nicer than the inside! The rooms are outdated. Everything was clean just old and didn't look sanitary I didn't even want to shower in my hotel room! but bed was comfy and enjoyed my stay but won't stay here again. Pay the extra money for something a little more nicer!

I paid for 2 nights but stayed for only 1 night. It is a bad bad place in all respects.

Very accommodating to my travel schedule and needs.

Made a reservation from Dallas airport for a very late check in. Arrived at 1am, was quickly checked in and went to bed. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

My family flew into SLC at midnight then headed to our room. The hotel is located close to the airport and easy to find with google maps. The check in went quick, but parking was difficult. Not enough spaces. We were all very tired after our trip and just wanted a bed. The room was cool and beds were comfortable enough. My big problem was breakfast the next morning. I went down to get breakfast for my family of four. The continental buffet would have been satisfactory with bagels, toast, waffles, Danish, fruit and cold cereal, but most items were gone. Breakfast was to go until 9:30. I asked the front desk about getting more fruit, sausage, danish and orange juice. I told the tattooed gal that if breakfast is served until 9:30 (which is very early on a Sunday) then items should be available. I was able to make two waffles, then ran out of batter. The orange juice ran out as well. There were absolutely no sausage, danish or fruit and the waffle batter was empty by 9:00 am. The front desk girl refused to get anymore. She said they were out of the stuff. How can you be out of danish, waffle batter, fruit and OJ at 9:00 am on a Sunday!!! Bad Business. Next time I will pay the extra money and stay across the street at the Hyatt.

Awesome! First time in a microtel. First class, will definitely look for these again. Great waffles. Let's add eggs. Lol

Our crew had to depart the hotel 2 days into a four-day stay due to bugs and general uncleanliness. The hotel staff failed to end their booking, however, so we got charged for 4 days anyway - unacceptable. Would we recommend this hotel to others? Emphatically, NO.

Great staff, really good breakfast, clean rooms. The rooms have joining doors to other rooms.

I actually loved the rate and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was comfortable and I had three children with me that liked the seating at the window. My five year old preferred to sleep there instead of the bed. I would give it three stars but it does need a pool. The breakfast could improve a little more but it was ok. I would definitely stay there if I was on a budget like I was this time. Loved the microwave and refrigerator. It helped with my babies bottles.

The location of the hotel was good because it is close to the highway, but bad because no one really delivers food there. The delivery service used by the hotel is expensive. Overall the hotel was clean and nice. The weird mirrors behind the beds were a little off putting. Staff was okay, did their job flawlessly, but not overly nice. The hotel has a little shop set up with supplies like cold medication and snacks which is convenient. It was also great that they allow pets. For a one night stay this place would be perfect.

I travel several times per month, including international. January visit, heater easily warmed room, I am a light sleeper and it was quiet from outside noise, stayed 3 nights and only on last night could hear guests in next room conversing; not quite loud enough to complain to management, but enough to prevent falling asleep (seemed to transmit sound through bed headboard attached to wall. Very convenient to airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Fitness room small, but adequate, used pulley machine, also had treadmill and cycle. Breakfast very basic. Good value for convenience and overall I would stay here again.
