The staff was really working hard to accommodate the high demand for rooms. They were clear and I explained the overbooked situation. It did take well over an hour to get us checked in. That said, the room was ok for the 3-1/2 hours we stayed until our next flight. Room wasn't in great condition. Alot of mediocre repairs.

Staff was of no help. Inaccurate shuttle times listed on page. They told me they cancelled my reservation when o had to go to a different hotel to get a row to the airport early in the morning (when that was the only reason I was staying at this hotel). Took about 45 minutes to get checked in and then they told me they don’t have a shuttle so I went to a different hotel after they said they would cancel my stay and then I was still charged on my credit card.

we’re on our last night at this hotel and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel! First of all the room was super dirty, holes in the wall hair on the bed as if it hasn’t been cleaned and prepared for new guest! But to make it worse, on our last night of the stay someone tried to get in our room! Woke me and my wife up and I ran downstairs to see what happened. There was a man standing across the hall looking at our peephole and it was 1:30 am. Tried to call the lobby several times and no reply. Until finally someone answered and came to check which then I overheard the man say “oh sorry I just hit the wrong room”and it looked like he was laying under the door! which is so concerning and terrifying! Have been trying to reach the front desk again to ask if the man has left our door so we can leave and go to a new hotel at 2am because we do not feel safe staying here any longer. Horrible experience

This is a Geeta stay near the airport. They had a box where you could drop a business card and get a free room upgrade. The upgraded room we got had the bed up a flight of stairs in the room! It was wild!

BED BUGS!. We left after our 3 night stay in room 305 with bug bites all over. They will only clean your room every 3days so we never got our room cleaned. They charge you for bottles of water likes its vegas

if you have a thermostat on the wall it should be working with the unit in the room, not everyone can sleep in a room that wont go below 75°F. fix the thermostats or fix the heating/cooling units whichever is the issue.
