The location near the airport is great. Unfortunately, the property needs to be updated. The room was not clean.
The bedding had definitely not been changed.
We can park our car at hotel for a lesser price than airport prices and the hotel shuttles us to airport ... very convenient!
I stood here before and after my vacation. And everything was great from check in to check out. I will be staying here again each time I stay in salt lake! Thank you to the employees there!
called for over an hour to have the shuttle pick me up at airport. No answer. I had to pay 25.00 for a cab. . Desk person said she was too busynto answer phone. She also put me a room that was so hot I asked to be moved. Then she said wait an hour to see if it cools down. She finally moved me and then checked another person into the room. Requested a receipt and still have not received it.
Mold everywhere in the bathroom and ac vents. Large stain on the comforter. No transport to the airport during snow when other hotels were going. Would not recommend.
The property itself was adorable and the little restaurant inside was affordable, accommodating and delicious! Thank you!
What I needed after arriving late afternoon
Fast, easy check in. Wonderful staff the only issue would be there was dirty laundry out in the hallway right by my families door but the rooms were clean.
I did not stay there due to failed travel plans. I could not arrange via internet a refund. The system, apparently, is not designed to be refund friendly. All other aspects of my cancelled travel plans were quickly and easily refunded including 6 airline tickets and a large RV rental. Only Radisson cost was not recovered. Shame on you.
Last minute booking while on the road headed to CA. Fairly average Radisson property, overall. Late night arrival, received room 348 upon check in, settled into the room, went right to bed around 1am. Not long after, awakened by a constant loud banging that I thought was coming from the next room but was actually coming from the metal construction window canopy outside of our room that was unsecured to the outer wall and was being buffeted about by the strong outside wind. This went on all night. Attempted call to Front Desk, got no answer. Middle of the night and too tired to go through the headache of dressing, going down to the desk, demanding a room change and waiting for one (if available) for something that could have been happening to other rooms, also (every room there had a window canopy).That room should be placed out of order until that issue is addressed.
