Place is super clean, but they have a loud ice maker. Kept me up all night

Nothing special, staff appeared bored and indifferent to customers. Much too concerned over magazine articles and ensuring your face mask was up to par.

Room was large & clean. Shuttle service for very late flight was good & desk staff were pleasant & helpful.

No hot water. Poor linen. Terrible parking.

I'll just copy and paste what I emailed to the Radisson Corporation" "I rented this suite for my honeymoon, the same evening as my wedding and I could not be more upset. This was the dirtiest room I can ever remember staying in. It was immediately clear that the floors hadn't been vacuumed as there was food, crumbs, and little pieces of trash everywhere. Next, there was a dirty and red-stained rag lying near the foot of the bed in plain sight. Upon further inspection, there was trash, hair and used Q-Tips in many of the drawers. The shower curtain had holes in it and there were stains on the toilet lid. And the cherry on top was a chunk of red hair found in our bed the next morning when we were packing up to leave. I'm fairly sure we slept in a bed that hadn't been laundered for many different guests and this is completely disgusting. I was very calm when I notified the manager during our check out and he weakly offered us an upgraded room on our next stay. I am so very disappointed in this experience and in Radisson Hotels in General. If you even care, I took photos of the entire nasty experience that I'd be happy to share. Otherwise, please pass the message on to the owners or managers that they have completely ruined what should have been a wonderful night for me and my new bride."

The air conditioning only blew hot air and we could not get it to cool down enough to be able to sleep in the upstairs suite bedroom, had to sleep on the couch bed and it was still quite hot.

Loved the heavy blanket and the heavy reusable coffee mug.

Great location near the SLC airport and close to the city as well. One can tell the hotel has been remodeled. They did a great job with it though some areas still show the old facade. My room had a fireplace....great thing to have in the winter! Parking can be a challenge.
