Not enough staff working Bad service Call front desk for toothpaste you have to go down to pick up your self Call for room service menu Do not deliver Ask to paid for bottles water in the room

Bathroom was dirty upon checking in and outdated. Bath tubs finish seemed to be peeling; was kind of gross to look at

The property is super close to a lot of activities, restaurants and bars. That part we liked a lot, rented a large suite that was expensive only to find it backed to a elevator shaft and had one small window in the entire suite with a view of a building right next to us and that was it. Not what I expect for a very expensive room. Very nice staff, helpful just disappointed by the room location and orientation for a premium room. I would make sure to ask next time.

Check in was interesting, I think the lady at the desk must have been having a bad day or something because she was a little rude. Otherwise, the room was clean and quite, the bed was comfortable enough and my wife and I enjoyed a night away from the kids.

Great downtown location and upscale facilities. Buying the room online through Orbitz save use $18 per day for parking cost

Helpful and responsible staffs, great room condition and cleanliness. Only thing is the surcharged underground self parking which is not convenience. Okay facility under name of Hilton.

My only issue about this hotel is that when you check in you find out that they actually punish you for using Orbitz through not giving you complimentary wifi. Also, by charging you $20 to have a place to park. The hotel itself and the pool and amenities were great, just disappointed about not having wifi.

We always enjoy staying at the DT Hilton. It always treats us right!!!

The town is great lots of places to see but night life is zero. Also you still pay for parking even if you are a guest at the hotel. But other wise the stay was ok

My room was not very clean. Room service food was really bad. The biggest problem was you could not go walking around outside because it's not safe with all the homeless people. A lot were high or coming off a high. They come right up to u and ask fir money and that made me super nervous. dont ride the Trax they are all over it.

My wife and I were in town for one nigh and ended up having to pay for a room on the executive floor because all of the normal rooms were booked by doterra convention goers. Despite the fully booked hotel and frenzy of people there, the check staff and coffee stand staff were well prepared and we never had to wait anywhere very long. The building itself was also well suited for full capacity with fast elevators and wide halls and our room was mostly quite. The Executive Suite was clean and tidy, but there were a few things lacking from the room. There was no "do note disturb" sign in the room so we were woken up by cleaning staff in the morning. Also, the coffee maker didn't stock any tea options. The executive benefits were nice, but overall not worth the higher cost for someone who originally wanted a cheap place to crash.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton property. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was close to Temple Square, the main shopping mall, and a variety of restuarants.

Great hotel and location! But, parking was a joke. Their parking garage was full and was too small for our Ford F-350. We had to park in a lot almost a block away. Which was ok, because the parking was cheaper. Besides that great comfortable hotel!

I stayed there for two nights recently. Used the fitness room, breakfast buffet, room service, and the gift shop.

Very good location. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We also got unexpected free breakfasts after the first day (in which we paid $27), great value!

The rooms are nicely appointed and the location is great with pretty views of the city. The only thing that needs to be changed is the 15 dollar per day parking fee.

The hotel needs free wifi for all guests. When you stay at a nice hotel, this is a given. Our room needed a mirror where the big picture was, with several females in a room, more mirrors are needed. The location was great, cleanliness was great staff was helpful Loved the ice water in the lobby, a bowl of apples would have been nice.

Great views and great location! Front desk was not as friendly as most Hilton's I stay at. Comfy bed but bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

We chose the Hilton because it's a well known name and had really good reviews. I guess we had high expectations based on this. As soon as we got there we found out that to park it was $15 a night! Really? After the price of the room? And when we went to check in they offered a breakfast package that would pay for the parking. The receptionist said it would be $40 and would cover the parking. Ok. Nice math. And then my daughter asked for the WiFi and they said it would be $4. We just felt like there was a charge for every little thing. I'm surprised they didn't charge for toilet paper. There happened to be a concert that night and there were a lot of shady people hanging out front and in the lobby that made us nervous. The room was nice but the walls were thin and there was a baby next door that was up crying all night so it was not a restful night. Over all it was decent but I wouldn't stay again. Not for the price. But the staff were extremely nice and helpful and it's close to everything downtown.
