The property was okay (seemed older but clean and comfortable). We had to take our room keys back to the office three times before they finally got them programmed so that we could get into our room. We were on the third floor and it was 100 degrees outside. So, three trips up and down the stairs was frustrating.

It’s old and run down. For the price I would expect a lot better. There was hair and stains in the shower. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast was coffee and a dry muffin. The area around the hotel is awesome.

This had a nice little kitchen. Parking was easy. Location is within walking distance to dining areas. There wasn't a light to turn on when you walked into the room. Switches were located on the lights themselves. There was a light switch but it didn't turn anything on in the room.

We went to check in and the front desk person wasn't there and it said to call but no one answered and they finally showed up 15 min later.

The room was fine, though it didn’t have a coffee maker. The WiFi however, went down and stayed down for an entire day (at least). The staff had a well rehearsed sympathy story about how it almost never goes down and usually comes right back up, which in hindsight I doubt is true. I needed internet to do my job, so I had to check out and move to a different hotel. Internet had been down for 8 hours when I checked out.

I loved the trail out back. It was lovely to listen to and watch. The parking wasn’t great but it was a dense area. Overall great hotel. Single rooms are a little small but overall great.

The managers were really helpful and kind! Great place to stay!

This is one of the most well-managed places I have been to the last four months living in a suit case. And it is all because of the amazing management of Bethany Rousselle, the General Manager. She loves her job and her staff and that trickles down to the guests. She and her staff do what they can to take care of you and even remember your name! The best place to stay in Salt Lake. Sugar House area has great shops, good parking and again the best staff and service. I extended my stay 5 times...

The hotel stunk and was filthy! I wouldn’t recommend this place.

At check in we asked for dishes and extra towels. They said they would bring them up to our room. When we got to our room the door was wide open which was unusual so I called the front desk to let them know. She said she’d be right up to see if anything was missing. No one came up to check and no one ever brought us dishes. It wasn’t busy at the front desk at all. The room was quiet and we slept well except for the outdated AC system running erratically. They seem to be charging similarly to hotels with higher ratings in the area so we just wanted to share incidents about the level of service at this accommodation. It is convenient to the Sugarhouse area so that is a plus.

We made a reservation ahead of time but when we showed up to check in they said they were at full capacity and they didnt have a room for us. They gave us a coupon for a free night at a different location but all the other properties within an hour were booked out as well.
