Staff did not clean the room. They stated that I would have to notify the front desk. On my last day I did see a small sign next to the phone stating to request any cleaning before 11:00 am. The are still working under Covid guidelines which is ridiculous. When I brought the cleaning up they stated that they did not have enough cleaning staff to clean all the rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again and will also escalate this to the corporate franchise owners.

Dark and Dingy

We were very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. The room was super dark and dingy and the bathroom lighting was horrible. I felt like I was in an old Motel 6. Not sure, if it was because of the lighting in the bathroom, but the floor was very dirty and had little hair and stuff piled up in all the corners where no one had done a good cleaning. We will not be staying there again.
