Close to the SLC airport and a quick ride to downtown shopping - just what we were looking for.
Hot tub was open and hot! Room was very comfortable and quiet. Airport shuttle was super accommodating too
Wonderful stay under crappy circumstances!
My disabled husband was not allowed to check in because he didn't have his wallet. I had to stay waiting for luggage at airport and sent him to hotel to rest with a friend. After getting the call he was not allowed in the room i sent over driver's license picture and email of reservation to my friend. He explained that my husband wasnt feeling well and needed to rest, but the desk employee still refused to let him into the room. My disabled husband was forced to wait in the lobby until I was able to arrive. This wasn't kind and i was shocked he was treated this way. Surely an accommodation could have been made. It was cruel how we were treated.
Not a bad hotel and convenient for the airport but check in process needs revamped or more staff

Coffee and tea was available but no cups to use, bacon and potato but no omelettes.
They arranged a room right above the mechanical room, which is very noisy, and switched us from a two queen size bed room to a one king size bed room for 4 person, without any refund.
Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Conveniently located near SLC airport with shuttle service. The only limitation is the lack of available restaurants in the area.

Very convenient to SLC airport with shuttle service offered. Clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We will be staying again at the end of our trip

Yes, we have responded to you personally, apologized and you received a partial refund fort the inconvenience. We are sorry we could not move you on that sold out night.
