Despite confirming the reservation, I was relocated from this property to a smaller room at another hotel due to “overbooking.” Unacceptable.
Very nice. Clean. Well appointed. Great breakfast. But 1st floor rooms floors can be cold in winter and HVAC leaks cold air from outside when not heating. Creating drafts and hot n cold spots.
Extra charges for amenities that was not noted in the listing. Would have reconsidered
No housekeeping, when I asked for housekeeping on our 3rd day they said they didn't hsve time. NO maintenance service. Our VERY low flow toilet got plugged & the front desk handed me a plunger & a garbage bag for the dirty, wet towels. I had to wash the towels myself. Luckily, I happened to bring Tide, latex gloves & Lysol wipes WITH ME!
Pros:Nice facility from inside, friendly and helpful staff, good amenities, comfortable beds. Staybridge is a great place to stay. Cons: Poorly located right off two main highways, at night we experienced significant disturbance from the Highway noise that woke us up several times, location is right next or almost adjacent to a huge area of high tension electric wires/cables, it was inconvenient to access the hotel entrance. Overall A great place to stay at a greatly inconvenient location.
This is a generally good property for longer stays. However, the walls are paper thin and if you have a family with kids in the rooms above you, be prepared to hear every move, jump, run, chase, bounce, somersault, and leap from the furniture that they do.

Came here with the family for a stay-cation birthday celebration. The kids had such an amazing time. The pool is great. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing the rooms were clean and well suited for a family. The grins and fins pool is in need of some tlc. The stairs up the water slide are rusting quickly from a lack of maintenance. The spa pool has so much chlorine that it foams like a bubble bath.
Liked the hotel. Booked a king size bed ended up getting a queen size bed due to booking company
Very nice hotel to stay for a large family. Very friendly and accommodating staff!
It was a great place to stay. We have 3 young kids and they had a blast. The pool was great. The hot tub was extremely hot we could only put our feet in. The breakfast was great as well. The bedrooms were very nice with very comfortable beds. My husband said it was the best sleep he has gotten in a long time. The shower was very slippery though along with a very powerful shower head. Everything else was fantastic.
Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Pool fun for family.
Had to swap out our keycards 5+ times which became a huge inconvenience since you cross hotels and using the cards all the time to access the pool and other areas. Room had patched and unpatched holes in the wall in multiple areas. A child had an "accident" in the hot tub which was left unattended for a considerable time - only 1 person manning the entire water park area when the slide is open. Overall, just not a great experience
