We were disappointed that though we had reserved a king bedroom, when we arrived to check in later in the evening we were told there were only two queens to a room left. What's the point of a reservation. The "pillowtop" on the mattress seemed a little lumpy. We really enjoyed the patio area and the pond across the street.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed.
