The staff in Wichita Airport was the best. Thank you ladies. You help me relaxed for the long trip. The very best. I wish I knew their names 4 ladies!
I wish i knew that I wouldn't be allowed a full size carry on....cost $30....American didn't do this....
Seating assignment was obtained at the gate after a long trip from Heathrow o Chicago. It was not a big deal but slightly annoying. Otherwise, everything else was very good.
The stewardess on 2nd flight nice but did not understand her very well.
I did not get the seat that I requested
Sat in last seat on a plane 20th in line for take-off. Those seats are horrible!
Even with basic economy you could easily put couples next to each other in assigned seating.
I said I was happy. They u gave options for why and none applied . I didn't get free upgrade or free baggage. Why give it as an option
