They're completely renovating the interior of the hotel, but the staff is really trying hard to make the guest experience enjoyable.

Overall the experience was good. The hotel is showing its age as some of the bathroom fixtures weren't working properly or could be fixed. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful when asked for assistance. The cook was slightly overwhelmed due to the number of customers. May need to look at staffing before closing the breakfast. I felt sorry for her. Great overall experience through.

In town for a sporting event. Hotel location is great. Amenities great. Breakfast in the morning is outstanding! close to a lot of good restaurants/bars. Very clean.

This hotel is the place to be for relaxation and a quick get away from every day life. The management reception is very relaxing and has very good refreshments and snacks. The breakfast is awesome also, made to order breakfast.

I had to have a room change due to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. Front desk was very helpful in making the change. However, it would seem that a hotel of this caliber would have caught this problem before a customer was assigned. On one morning I had the opportunity to sleep in a bit and hung the do not disturb sign. I left the hotel at noon and removed the sign. When I returned late that evening, the room had not been serviced. The next day, I reported the problem and asked for housekeeping to be sure and check the room. That night I returned and could not locate the TV remote for the bedroom until I got into bed. It was under the sheets! The trash cans were emptied only once in a 5 day stay. For a hotel in this price category, I feel their housekeeping staff needs some attention from management.

Family in town for the weekend and visit/esperience was enhanced by their stay at the Embassy Suites-NW. While a tad off the beaten path the facility provided a peacful and well-appointed home-away-from-home.

Staff was very helpful. The cooked to order breakfast and manager's reception were great. The kids loved the pool and the glass elevator. We'll definitely go back!

Every Thing was great Except Car rent I was told the rental would cost 154.00 and they charged me 374.00 much more than I expected. Everything else was great great hotel [...]. Thank you

Great location, excellent service, beautiful room, very comfortable bed with fabulous pillows, great breakfast options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definately be back.

I was at Indianapolis on both business and pleasure. I got all my work done and enjoyed the meet I was there to see. The hotel environment was conducive to accomplishing this. Free wifi was missing that I could certainly have used. There is a charge for this amenity for 24 hours of use. This trip was very enjoyable because of the location of the hotel, the amenities the hotel offered and the courtesy and help of the staff.

We enjoyed both the complimentary happy hour and breakfast. The gentleman making the omelets did a fantastic job and was quite friendly. We like the privacy that the standard two room suite provides. The additional living room buffered out atrium noise from getting into the bedroom. The separate living room provided helpful separation for people with different sleeping schedules...one could watch tv, read, or get work done without disturbing the person sleeping in the bedroom. The small balcony was a very nice touch. We were originally a bit hesitant about staying on the northside of Indy compared to downtown. However we quickly discovered the price was much more reasonable, there was free parking, tons of restaurants and shops were within a 5 minute drive, and downtown was still easily accessible within about 20 minutes. Driving around the area near the hotel did not have the big city feel and things seemed quite accessible. Our only complaint was that there was a large group of approximately 10 year old boys running around the hotel all weekend. Despite many warnings from security, they continued running, jumping down stairs, shouting, racing, running into people (and knocking their cell phones and laptops out of their hands), and just being generally obnoxious while other guests were trying to relax. There was almost no parental supervision.

We booked our trip on August 3 and were confirmed for a smoking room. When we arrived on the 21st, the front desk person said here's your key card for your smoking room. When I called down to ask where they hid the ashtrays we were told it was a non-smoking room and we could step out on the balcony or go out into the parking area. I demurred at that saying we booked plenty early to be assured that we wouldn't have to do that. I was informed there were no smoking rooms available. So I said I wasn't very happy and after being put on hold, I was told that it was ok to smoke after all and they sent up ashtrays. So it all worked out ok.

Nice clean room. Plenty of space. WIFI is an additional charge. Breakfast food was very good. Long line for omelet. Evening reception is chips and dip. Elevators are slow. There are 4 for the entire property.

This was our third stay at this hotel and as always, the service and facilities have been amazing. The full complimentary breakfast is a really nice touch complete with a chef flipping custom order omlets. Security presence was noticeable due to the soccer teams that were staying there. The noise level was kept to a minimum and the curfews were observed. Very well done.

I enjoyed the evening cocktail hour, afterwards we went Whisper's lounge and enjoyed the night. The next Morning Breakfast was nice. I would definately enjoy staying there again.

We love our stay at Embassy Suite. The breaksfast buffet food was cold, instead of being hot. Everything else, we loved the hotel.

This is the third time that we have gone for New Year's. What a party! This is the first time that we have taken our kids with us though and I'm not sure about that. I don't understand why kids are aloud to be in the Atrium during the managers reception when alcohol is being served but they are only given a half hour to enjoy the New Years festivities. This can and does cause problems because the adults are all down at the party while the children are left undattended to run free and the opportunity is there to get into some trouble.

We've stayed here many times and loved this hotel. This evening was the first time in 13 years the fire alarm system went off around 11:30 p.m. and it had to be evacuated. The fire department couldn't figure out how to reset the alarms or elevators. There were still alarms at 2 a.m. The front desk staff was great--what a mess--they were carrying babies upstairs, etc. The next morning, the am breakfast manager wass closing everything down at exactly 10:30--one of the elevators was still down and the others slow--many of us were up until 2 a.m.--this should have been stretched out longer and they should have been nicer. Nice of the Indy fire fighters to pose with that hot drunk woman who came in about 1;30 A.M. --would like to see those photos!

My husband and I enjoyed the happy hour of free drinks great complimentary made to order breakfast. Our room was very nice and very clean we will definatly be back very soon.

We were in Indy for an appointment for my wife with the ISTA/Retirement Office. The hotel is only about 25 minutes from downtown and very near to many good restaurants. The atmosphere was very up-beat, very family-oriented.
