No air conditioning in room. Told us to open a window? Very dirty and employees were rude. Employee at front desk ignored me when I told her we didn’t have air conditioning. I asked for a wake up call and never received it. My room service was delivered to the wrong room. I never complain but I paid too much for this room and I am so disappointed. Krista Burton

I had called to make sure that the restaurant and bar were open. The main restaurant and bar in the open central area were closed and under construction-no access! They were using a little side area (it was probably their breakfast bar area) for the “restaurant and bar”. It was pitiful! My room thermostat didn’t work, so it was blasting warm air all night. I couldn’t sleep. I finally had to open the balcony door to not sweat to death. I had booked a second night, but I cancelled that and got out! Very disappointed!

Many people ignore mask rule. Only one of four elevators functioning. Counted 34 in a pool supposed to b limited to 25. Since mask & pool rules ignored I question whether sanitation rules observed. Really thought Hilton would do it right. We expected much more!

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds to accommodate our family of 4. When we arrived they did t have a room for us. They gave us a king room with a pullout and roll away bed. It wasn’t comfortable and wasn’t what we paid for.

Very disappointing. Our rooms were not ready at 4 pm checkin. We were to have 2 rooms near each other. Instead, we got rooms floors apart. Each desk staff person said another staff member gave them away. No mask enforcement, crowded elevators (because only 1 bank of elevators was working) The worst, was that the pool was supposed to be at limited capacity and it was shoulder to shoulder with people. Someone got sick in the pool, and although it was closed for the evening, it was reopened by morning. Really? you drained that pool and refilled it overnight? Or did they just toss some chemicals in? Disgusting!

Facility is under construction so only 2 elevators worked. Impossible to socially distance when the elevators are always crowded. High occupancy with youth sports teams so the managers reception was wiped out by the kids before we got there. Also, we could not use the pool because of the high numbers of kids. But staff were very helpful and breakfast was efficiently and safely run.

The breakfast "made to order" was great! Comfortable stay. I would stay there again!

The big open center area was really beautiful. We also really appreciated the breakfast.

The property itself is spacious, clean, and overall very welcoming for patrons who are visiting. Unfortunately, the first night we stayed was overrun with a large group of kids playing ding-dong-ditch, prank calling, screaming and yelling until 3am, and kept my family up most of the night. Staff attempted to stop them but the numbers weren't in their favor and those kids parents were assisting. Also, I asked for a refund and was told I would get one but it still hasn't been processed upon typing this. I was told it would be done the day before and then again that it would be done yesterday.

We loved the hotel appearance and atmosphere! The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean! The pool area was nice but could be updated a little bit. There seemed to be a lot of chemicals/cloudiness in the pool but was clean. We will definitely be back!

Employee's were all very nice especially Debbie at check in desk. Breakfast food and evening snacks and drinks were excellent. They removed hot tub and room clocks which is our only complaints.

First off the hotel interior looks NOTHING like the actual hotel. The staff in the front is overwhelmed and rude. What is the deal? Well people rent a room for about $120 and throw their birthday party there. EVERYWHERE. Rooms with at least 10 kids in it. My kids did not even use the pool because there were at any given time 80 kids in there (not exaggerating!) and the pool had a cloudy dirty look. No thanks! The guests of the birthday boy/girl can get drunk on free well liquor and snacks from 4-7.30pm. And oh they did! Great deal for a party! NOT the Hilton experience we are used to. The rooms are gross. Paint coming off the walls and starting at 10am the maids will knock every 10 minutes to get you out of the room.

Nice large rooms. Slow check in, but pleasant stafff.

Nobody got into their rooms on time. Some people waited for hours. Took 3 hours to get fresh towels at crowded pool

Great room and amenities. Staff could improve in the area of professionalism. Older hotel with a few water bugs. I’d ask for upper floors next time.
