The “manager April” will not even attempt to help you if you’re not a male. And the way she lets stuff just go is beyond me. The floor was so sticky, there was a room just full of garbage, you could literally take your room trash and go dump it on a trash pile in a janitor closet. This place actually scared me. I was terrified to be alone here, loading and unloading.

Check in was fine. The lady checking us in was friendly. Parking is tight in the front, but parking is all around the building. However you cannot enter through all the doors, and doors are not on all sides. Garbage was piled up outside both days we were there. Location is great though, walk to the Maverick Center and various restaurants. There is an elevator. Our room was not very clean, hairs in the bathroom. One wall by one of the beds was splattered with various different colored...things. I don't want to know what they were. Bathroom sink faucet sprays everywhere. The heater/ac unit was just fine. Easy to what was going on in other rooms/hallway. The door to the bathroom, the mechanism jammed more often then not and the door squeaked so bad, we were not able to sleep for long. Everytime someone used it everyone else was woken up. It is nice having a fridge, microwave, and stove though. Beds and pillows were on the firmer side.

On the hotels.com website it clearly lists breakfast as included. However, it's not a real breakfast unless you consider coffee/tea and pastries a breakfast. Both nights there were people partying in the parking lot.

Not the best place won't stay again

Girls were great up front. However room was not swept, halls need vacuumed, bed sheets had hair all over so they brought me new sheets. I had to change them. Can not ever except the front which really is long long walk they won't let you enter side doors.

This is an extended stay and was not able to accommodate my work. I need a direct line or a secure WiFi and they were unwilling to assist me. Carpets were stained and smelled like dog crap.

We checked in very late and tired. the hall ways were dirty. The room hadnt been cleaned. They tried to show us 2 other rooms and they were both dirty. Poop rings in the toilet, yeah all over the floor, wood chippings all over. Was not impressed at all. It was too late to look for another place so we asked for new sheet, made our own bed and just stayed
