The bed sheets had a look like they weren’t freshly laundered, so I looked a little closer. The sheets were covered in little hairs. I went to the front desk to tell them, and the employee there simply handed me new sheets. So I had to change them myself- that’s a first! The pool had no water. The floor was sticky and the carpet was covered in stains. The AC only worked after a lot of juggling with the power outlet. On a positive not the tv worked fine, and when the room next to me was super loud the front desk did talk to them.

Do not stay at this hotel, there was a very large blood spot on the floor and side of the bed that they didn’t even try to clean and when I saw it and wanted my money back to go somewhere else they argued and only gave me half back. It’s filthy!

Staff was very nice, room was spacious but dated, bathroom needs updating (caulk along tub moldy, old flooring, etc.), TV did not work the entire 3 night stay, and maintenance never came to fix even though it was reported to the front desk multiple times. Overall room was decent value for the price.

Booked a king size bed with a hot tub in the room.... received a queen size bed with a "garden soaking" in other words the jets didnt work. The tv was not HD and the direct tv box didnt work correctly with lines across the tv. It was next to the exit and stairs. Very noisy. When i "complained" i was basically told it is what it is by the lady with the black eye at the front desk. I then asked to speak with the manager, who then said theyve asked the 3rd party booking to change the listing. Said on my 3rd and last nights stay i could have my king size bed, working hot tub in the room and reimbursement for my first 2 nights stay. Also, the breakfast swas awful, basically cold cereal and waffles. There is no gym, pool or hot tub as advertised either. When i entered my room for my last nights stay, i found cold, standing water in the hot tub with dead ants in the water. They came and cleaned the tub. Not satisfied with my stay.

I spend extra to have a hot tub in my room. Their idea of a hot tub is a large regular tub with 3 jets that don't work and are EXTREMELY loud when turned on, the faucets were backwards (not was cold and cold was hot) the mattress destroyed my back and the pillows may as well have not been there, they were so flat. The toilet continuously ran and would get louder when others would use t plumbing near by. There was no seal on the front door so you could hear everything that went on outside. I feel like it wasn't worth the money and I will not be staying there again.
