Our kids loved the pool/slides and the breakfast was good. The room was a bit small for our family though and there was some stains on the comforters.

Great breakfast, nice pool. Water slide only runs during specific hours (mostly weekends), which would have been nice to know before booking. The kids still had fun though.

Waterslide closed without notice. Property OK but worn. Convenient to airport but not close.

The hotel looks nice. Rooms could use some TLC. Pool is fine but slide staff was mostly less than enthused to make sure you enjoyed your time. Spring break. Nothing i didnt expect but minimal effort wouldve made it better. Overall 4 stars. Expect to pay for extra pool access over 4 people. We knew that going in.

I picked this hotel because we had a lot of down time in between my sons doctor appointments and there was a water park. But it was disappointing to find out the water park was closed upon check in. You should post it on your site or send an email out to future guests. Because if I would have known it was closed I would have not stayed there. Nor did I have the funds to go find a different hotel with a pool. It was just a bummer and a waste of 300 dollars

Very friendly staff

The idea of this hotel and what it had to offer in terms of the indoor water park looked great on paper and the actual experience did not line up! The pool had a 3" thick wall of grime/slime around the edge above the water line and below the lip of the pool. It was so think that people were carving their names into it! There was also mold on some of the tables that were near the chairs that easily wiped off and were just not clean. The evening staff for check-in were super friendly and helpful but the day staff on Saturday did not respond at all to a "good morning" and didn't seem impressed when I asked for towels. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and there was a lot of variety and quality food. The last biggest issue was the bed. There was a HUGE dent in the bed right where my butt would go when laying down and it was large enough that an infant could lie in it and you could not see them at all when looking at the bed sideways. The hotel was full and I could not switch rooms but my toddler and I had to squish into the middle of a king bed in order to not sleep in both dents. I have never seen a mattress this dented! I would definitely not be back and I'm bummed because I live local and was excited to try this place out as a staycation. The hotel seriously needs a deep cleaning and some mattress replacement to make it safe and habitable.

We loved the pool and slides. The free breakfast was awesome and had options for all our different taste. The hotel was clean. The beds weren’t as comfy as I would have hoped. Our biggest complaint was our room had no soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. When I asked a cleaning staff cleaning the room next to us she said there wasn’t any. Usually we bring our own but figured for 2 nights we would just use the hotel provided ones. We had to run to a store to buy shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash. Not having soap to wash our hands was a little off putting.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for our family. We decided to do a road trip from California to Minnesota and stopped in West Valley City to visit family. The hotel was clean, accommodated our family and dog. Water park/pool was a great way to let the kids blow off some steam while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The staff wore masks and showed they cared about our safety.

We just stayed her for a flight out in the morning, and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. We stayed at a resort in south Utah and this place was cleaner than the resort!! Kudos cleaning staff. We had the nicest young lady at the checkin desk, she was so patient, kind, polite and did excellent at all the obstacles thrown her way. I wish I got her name.

We like coming here for the pool area. Our kids love it.

Slide & 3 pools

The water park was nice, but they were usually out of pool towels and when we asked for additional towels for the room they were still in the laundry as well. Key cards required multiple attempts to use sometimes, and they stopped working after the first day, requiring us to go get new ones at the front desk.

First things first we stay here because of the indoor slide. My daughter absolutely loves it! However it closes at 9:00 on the weekend so that kind of put a damper on things since we got in later than we had planned. We had to wear masks while in the lobby which wasn’t a big deal to us. We got into the room and there was hair in the bathtub, we pulled the sheets back to crawl in bed and there was boogers and hair all over them! Gross! It was late so I just went up to the front and got new sheets and blankets, they offered to switch rooms but this is the second time this has happened with us staying there and it was late. The staff was nice. The breakfast is really a bag with juice, a muffin, milk, and a granola bar. Because they aren’t doing actual breakfast right now.

The kids loved the pool, especially the slides. Nice rooms as well, would definitely be staying there again. The grab and go breakfast bags were "asi, asi" so, so.
