easy to get access and the workers was friendly. I didn't have a room service since we were there. The wifi is bad in floor 3.

The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The place was new and clean. No pool or weight room but we knew that going in. Price was much lower for this particular hotel for some reason.

Beds are comfortable. Area is not great. Room had broken light, cabinet door and handle. Rooms have little sound proofing so the neighbors are heard Cleary. Housekeeping was not done once in a 4 day stay. Nothing's included.

Friendly staff, clean room, large. I recommend this hotel.

I am hoping the walls aren’t thin my kids were loud. The room had all the amenities. If I would’ve known it had a stove I would have cooked. Just kidding but it was great.

Excellent Service with nice staff. Great room comfort and cleanliness. The facilities were in good conditions.

Not a bad place to stay. I wouldn’t want to stay there for an extended period of time. It’s noisy & I didn’t like the bed at all. My back says ouch!

The hotel is new(er) so the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. It's an extended stay type of place so the room had a kitchenette. We were there for only one night so for us that didn't matter. Thing is - it's hard to say what the issue was but for us, there was definitely some issue...just a feeling that we were in the wrong place. When we pulled in, first thing we noticed were several semis in the parking lot. The check-in person was friendly, but heavily tatttied & pierced. Up at the room, we find that the next door ppl have an empty Corona cardboard box sitting outside the door, and _loud_ voices comig from inside that room. Next, even though the room was clean (carpet was not gungy), the fit & finish was the cheapest possible. The hotel only provided one mini facial soap, shampoo and conditioner. No lotion. No bath soap. Had we known about the bare-minimum provisions we would have packed our own but we assumed that the standard stuff would be provided. At about 5 AM we were woken up by the next door people getting ready to leave. Different kind of people, these. They seemed to have no idea that the world has other people in it. They began to move around and cause a tremendous racket getting their things, likes of which I have never had to produce even when I pack during normal daylight hours. So, although clean & spacious (for now), I still can't recommend this place. But if the things stated above don't bother you, you'll be fine here.

Staff attentive place clean and quit close to public transportation easy access to shopping and eating maverick center

Complimentary breakfast would be good. Overall a comfortable stay.

Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Seeing a hooker walk out of the building was not appealing at all and swayed our experience negatively.

This property is newly built. Pro. This property was clean. Pro. This property is efficient and affordable. Pro. However, upon arrival, desk staff was away. There was a sign up about ringing if necessary. No big deal so I waited it out. Not much of a greeting and handed my key. That was all. For the rest of the stay if I needed a front desk person (a few times) it was a different clerk each time and I had to kind of grab their attention from the room adjacent to the front desk. My room was pleasant enough, however the air conditioning - heating unit was one of the noisiest I've encountered. I'm not sure if it was an installation issue. It made noise beyond the usual condenser and fan clicking on and off, which would kick me out of sleep. Another issue was that on my second night, a guest (or someone else) was honking their horn repeatedly in the parking lot between 12 and 12:30 am. Eventually a car panic alarm started to go off. Also, when I returned to the hotel in the late evening, the side hallway door was broken or out of service and I had to go in the front lobby entrance with my key. Earlier in the evening I had to re-key my door card. Overall the property was OK but I would recommend it with a few reservations.

Everything was nice except the front desk agent wasn't very helpful and the AC unit was VERY loud.I booked through Orbitz and I had questions about my fees, specifically, what card was being billed Anne if it was already billed. The gentleman said I booked through Expedia and that I should call them. I was confused as to why he said Expedia. The room was clean and comfortable bit it was hard to sleep through the loud AC unit.

Enjoyed the room and stay. Very convenient, yet reasonably priced. Fairly new, so everything is nice and shiny

Thank you for staying, and I received no complaints about children, so the walls must be thick enough. We are glad it was great and look forward to the next visit.

I'm sorry you were disturbed by your the neighbors, this is not a normal complaint that we receive. We are an mid range economy stay hotel, so there are limited amenities available. We are glad that you found our hotel clan and spacious.
