The room is amazing but the slide is only open on the weekends and it says there are lifeguards on the website but there are not lifeguards when the slide isn’t open. Also, I couldn’t use two forms of payment when I checked in which I have been able to do at other hotels.

Staff at check in was not super friendly or helpful. Room was supposed to sleep 6. Only slept 5- sofa bed was a twin and lousy. Couch cushions were torn. Lamp in bedroom did not work. Had to get extra towels from front desk; would not bring to room. Went to breakfast 45 minutes before it ended and food was gone. Gone! No milk, yogurt, fruit, batter for waffles, hot food, juice cups, plates or bowls. Only bread and bagels left. Staff was not at all concerned. Dozens of people did not get breakfast. Many sad and hungry children. Beds were comfortable. Decent shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kids enjoyed pool and slide. Only half of hot tub jets worked and ventilation in pool area was terrible. Gym was about a 4/10 compared to other hotel gyms. Have stayed here three times before, and sadly each time has been a little worse…

The room was great and the pool is fun. The gym is in poor condition. The downside was the breakfast. Day 1 was okay though some things were gone. Day 2 the food ran out almost completely 40 minutes before the end of service. There was only cereal left but nomilk or bowls.

Clean room. We had a room next to a family with lots of kids that made noise until late at night. Breakfast ran out of plates. And check out employee had a baseball hat backwards and did not fit the IHG hotel uniform status of front desk.
